I need (Experienced) advice for PCT, HCG. Tired of contradicting stories.
Okay first off thank you for the help. I have always been told that HCG should be used either throughout the entire cycle or last 8 weeks of your cycle and then stopped when you begin PCT as HCG and Nolva are not well matched to be taken together. I was told Adex on cycle (if gyno issues exist) and HCG work well together and then to either do a clomid 100/100/50/50 or nolva 40/40/20/20 PCT. I was also told that they could be beneficial if used together. Then in a post I read in these forums someone posted this link:

This link basically states the opposite of everything I have been told. That you should take HCG after the cycle and Clomid/Nolva used together is bad. Can someone please give me some expert advice on if starting my HCG with 8 weeks left on my cycle and then stopping when I start PCT is correct or wrong. Also any comments on using Clomid and Nolva together for PCT? Thank you for the help! I am not a newb it just seems like everyday I am contradicting stories so I don't know what is fact anymore. I don't want to confuse the issue but every second website you go into says one thing as you said then every other one does contradict the previous. I am doing a heap of reaserch on this topic of PCT at the moment. You would be amazed at some of the stuff I am unearthing. I will however leave the details for when I have completed all my rersearch.
Okay guys I just given an amazing article which was basically backed up by my body builder friend. I have a very good friend of mine who has been there for me throughout the years but just got a job working on a oil rig so I was freaking out without his guidance for my first time HCG usage. Need I even add that the 150mgs of Clomid you need to get the hormonal increase experienced with 20mgs of Nolvadex is much more expensive? So lets dump the Clomid…and no, using it along with Nolvadex will provide no “synergy” that I’ve ever seen in any relevant study.
SO how much Nolvadex should you use during PCT? I favor using 20mgs.day, although to be totally honest, you can probably even get away with far less than that. Doses as low as 5mgs/day have proven to be as effective as 20mgs/day for certain areas of gonadal stimulation. (8) 20mgs/day, however, is a dose that myself and others have used with great success, and the research I’ve done in this area typically uses this milligram amount. SO lets stick with 20mgs/day for now.
We’ll need something to go with Nolvadex, which acts in a different manner, and Human Chorionic Gonadatropin (HCG) is the clear choice here. Here’s where things get a bit controversial (no, really…I know you , because I’m pretty much the only person around (currently) who recommends HCG for Post-Cycle Therapy.
He says he is the ONLY PERSON who recommends HCG for PCT...this is the confusing crap I am talking about!
And this is frustrating because I have read "studies have shown" that using HCG and Nolva together actually react badly to each other and HCG is usually only to be used with Adex and not Nolva.
mazarHCG and nolva work just fine if anything anyone using over 500iu on any hcg shot should take nolva along, hcg is known to increase oestrogen, nolva is a must for gyno prones using hcg. As far as pct goes its all down to personal preference. If you used hcg during your cycle is best not to use it in pct or just use it the first week if you must. If you didnt use hcg during the cycle then best use it through your pct until a couple of weeks before you stop the serm's, such pct will take longer though ideally you should do 3 weeks hcg and serrms and then 3 weeks serm's only. Just use it during your cycle like most do, if you ever come off a very long cycle then use it in pct too.
No, I'm not a beginner. I have never used HCG and always did the 40/40/20/20 Nolva routine. Now I stayed on cycle a little longer than normal and I want an aggressive PCT plan. So I started my researching again only to find out how many mixed opinions are out there.
Like i always say pct is going to differ depending on who you talk to. After all pct is really just as my boy joosey likes to call it "bro science". Its going to come down to what works best for you, i have alwasy ran my nolva and clomid together. As far as hcg whenever i do use it i run it during my cycle.
