It haa been five years,since i was there. Well long story short,i had did chest,and triceps the day before. Well soon has i walked im the door,people already was like yo where ya been,yada,yada. So i used to compete with a dude who they call blackrhino. He was there banging some heavy bench presses. Yo cyco lets run it homey. Me nah bro did chest and tri's yesterday. So you being a bitch,so we got to the 400's which i am teying to stay away from. End result he got 435. I got 455,and let out a big scream,but da whole thing was stupid,and risky,i could feel all my joints about to snap. Won't do that again,lol
No doubt. Have to be careful. I have been out for a while because of lifting more then I should. My wife says it best just cause you can lift it doesn't mean you should. Easier said then done. That's why we take what we take. To push ourselves to the limit.
