Will my elbows catch up pretty fast?
ad
Last week on chest day I had a great workout , strength through the roof.. the following days my elbows were hurtin pretty bad. By today they felt fine and I went a little lighter and focused more on form and contractions than strength .
Question: should my elbows catch up pretty fast ? whatcha guys think?

Sure why not, applying some aliment,so your elbow should be catchup fast
You will get far greater results concentrating on breathing and form than how much weight you can push bro...
a lot of joint and tendon issues arise when your psyche is saying PUSH and your body is saying NO... learn the difference between muscle burn and joint pain, I know it sounds obvious but you'd be surprised
Jtizzlethanks , usually I'm fairly reigned in .. got a lil jacked and was feelin cocky..
AnonWood knows it is a whole new territory of pain and gain. Safe pain, not harmful pain.
Trust us Vets on this!!!
JtizzleYou know I will guys. Thanks
AnonHere is some real shit for everyone: watch the ladies! I see no hero weights going on there but I see muscle! I see form and contractions and pauses and I see muscle.
I'll post a pic from August using ALL medium weight and CONTROL. Strip sets, 30 second rests and no rests.
Most of you have seen this one but did you know how light yet how intense I trained?
Go to self pics.
Bro I feel ya my knees are killin me from squats today. I to am on the train wreck for tren only a week in tho.
AnonWe have a genetic limit Bro. Steroids push that envelope. Get over the weight man, learn to control and pause at points going up and down, hold for counts of 2 and 3 and a half rep. I still get caught up on the Tren mash and just cause longer term problems.
Trust me man had I lightened up at your age I would not have the pains and brother it ain't nice sometimes but I cannot ever stop this.
Jtizzlegreat point .. Guess I got caught up in on cycle beast mode
AnonIn my time I pushed 150's slight incline for 10 reps. Those Deca days did me nothing but wrong in the long run.
I now hit 90's and the occasional 100's MAX for 15-18 reps of TIME UNDER TENSION. Pumping out reps is shit compared to this brutal training. No lock out and hold and stretch at the bottom, roll your shoulders(impossible to do under allot of weight without needing surgery immediately afterwards). I see the smirks when I pump out with some 50's for a warm up. The hoodie comes off then the t shirt and smirkers are done.
I agree with you 100% bro. We have to leave the ego at home. It's not about how much weight you can push, it's about building muscle. No point in pushing weight you can't control just because you want to impress the other guy or girl. Like you said mr skinny will stop smiling once the shirt comes off. It's always the skinny or fat kid pushing mad weight at the gym. While the mass monster is taking his time with moderate to heavy weight.
