Okay listen up guys. I have been told that he has ran out of certain raw materials and is waiting on a few things in order to fufill packs, that is the reason for the delay on the November orders. Additionally someone with a grudge called WU and reported him and had his receivers blocked which is why your funds have not been picked up or the more recent orders.
If you want a refund, call the 800 number or go into the store and have the clerk change the receiver to yourself or a friend and collect your funds back. This is what I have been told, whether it is true or not, I HAVE NO IDEA. Good luck.
So basically what everyone here who got screwed thought was right -- He was collecting funds with no inventory. He damn sure collected my $340 on November 30, sent email on November 31 that the order had been sent to the receivers, and then NOTHING. Oh -- A couple of rude responses when I emailed him asking what was up.
What REALLY gets my goat is I made two orders that day - One for $325 and one for $340. Funds collected for both on the same day, email received that the orders had been sent to the receivers the same day, and the first order showed up in 8 days. The second still hasn't showed up.
So I had to go elsewhere and spend roughly the same amount for the same products, and now THIS guy isn't replying. These are both US domestic suppliers.
In the meantime, I'm getting orders from Hong Kong in 3 - 4 days. No wonder China owns most of our debt -- They know how to run an honest business.
If the guy who runs TheGearSquad had a shred of integrity, he'd refund people's money for those late November orders that haven't arrived -- Folks could use that money for Christmas. He probably used it to buy more raws -- Or hookers, as far as I know. Pending a reply from him offering a refund, I consider him a liar and a thief, and so should you all.

Not funny at all. The Gear Squad are thieves, plain and simple. Write these orders off, ladies and gentlemen, order replacements from reputable suppliers if you can, and, if by some miracle, you ever receive anything from The Gear Squad, I'm not at all sure I'd either accept or open it. This is one of the most blatant goat ropes I've ever seen, and I wouldn't for one second discount LE involvement at this point.

Look, Gold Bull went down, TGS sold off the rest of that inventory, and then, as far as I know, maybe 30 orders for Spartan gear were filled before either a) this prick decided to just start thieving, or b) when you send funds you're sending them to LE. Get a low-cost, high performance VPN service like the one available at HideMyAss.com, and use a program like OPanda IExif to remove all the embedded data in any pics you post, and you can talk to whoever you like online.
As for the rep here, we've talked quite a bit - I think he's a stand up guy, but I don't think there's anything he can do to salvage the situation. My advice: Write off anything you're waiting on from TGS, and if it DOES show up, just hope it isn't a controlled delivery, because you won't know it is until it's too late.
The guy at the contact address has screwed the pooch so hard on this one that the BEST thing that could happen is your gear never shows up and you're out however much you sent him. That is just mind-boggling incompetence, or willful stealing. Take your pick.

LOL, he's not new, but the TGS situation has him keeping it on the DL even more than he usually does, and he keeps a pretty small client list anyway. Also, he's an email only source, and I don't think those are allowed to be discussed here...
Agree. I do know this. I would be very wary of PMing anybody on this board and supplying personal information. I would only correspond using the email address on the website--if at all.
