In the interest of keeping everyone updated - received a reply from the main email saying my order shipped this Monday (12-12) (ordered 11-30). Depending on the method they use to ship, it shouldn't be here later than this Tuesday (I've had packages take 2-8 days to reach me over the last week) (no, not all gear) (wish it was all gear...)
Well, inuranic, I wish you luck, bro -- I've received no such email, and given the volume of outstanding orders I doubt the boss man of this outfit is going to email everyone individually telling them when their late as hell order shipped. Still, I hope he's being straight and you get your gear soon; as I've said, the Spartan brand is one of the best UGLs I've ever come across. It's just their service this time around that sucks.
For what it's worth, I ordered the same date you did, and they ship priority from the state just to the South of me, so if MY order went out Monday, it should easily be here today. I'll update as well.
i feel bad for the gear squad rep here. he seems genuine. funds picked up 11/21 and as of 12/14 nada. sucks.
I call BS on that. All the guy does is play the sympathy card and then do nothing to help the situation. He might as well be somebody that has no attachment to the organization.
He, as well as everybody else in that organization, overpromises and underdelivers. That does not sit very well with me. I prefer people to be up front with me. Tell me the true facts, whether good or bad, so I can deal with them. If it is going to take three weeks, so be it. But tell me three weeks, and not one.
In all fairness YOU don't know what is actually going on and probably have NO IDEA what goes on to run a business like this... YES there are a ton of scandalous mofo's in this biz but recent history shows (with TWO SRC's here) that sometimes shit just gets out of hand and sometimes regular good bro's just bite off more than they can chew. Sometimes they stick around and try and fix it and sometimes the pressure of dealing with all the torch wielding towns people gets too much... NOT saying that that IS what's going on here but it happens pretty regularly that the peeps start beating the SCAM drums prematurely and set off the Jerry Springer Fireworks...

These guys lost the benefit of the doubt a long time ago. Perhaps you could use your position to push for a decent resolution to this whole f'ed up mess.
I PMed BFG once this whole thing started to get out of control to keep him in the loop and told him to notify the other mods. I'm not looking for sympathy here, I haven't gotten burned. I do want to see everyone receive what they ordered. I get responses from the other parties so the best I can do is keep everyone in the loop as much as I am.
I understand everyone is mad an rightfully so. I am not trying to place blame elsewhere guys. If I'm going to rep a company I have to be held responsible in this type of situation which I fully accept.

Well eze if you read it again it was a special price drop for november it is back to 200 again. Aparently they ran out of stock and did not get ir in until sat. According to spartan labs on a different forum
And they had shipping problems then as well. It never made sense to drop the minimum given their inability to meet demand.
Simple economics. When demand is greater than supply, you raise your prices until you get them to equal out. Think about that GS.
As far as I knew, and I ask quite frequently, we where up to stock the whole time. (Its possibly I missed that post like i said I was told we had full stock) I did hear that some orders with Sustanon might receive substitutions and be reimbursed later.
Here is what does not add up-- and the biggest red flag. This supplier is having a hard time making shipments BUT YET drops the minimum order amount. If they were truly legit, they would up the amount so they would have to make fewer shipments to reduce the strain on the shipping side of their operation.
By lowering the minimum, one has to wonder if they are trying to lure more people in, grab as much money as possible, and then disappear.
We first showed up on eRoids right before November. We had an initial minimum order of $250 which every questioned, and rightfully so.
The reasoning behind the number was in order to keep the prices of gear low and get the customer the best bang for their buck while keeping the wheels in the operation greased (Didn't seem to help in this case). After a bunch of thought we decided to lower to minimum order to $150 for the month of November as a special. We received a ton of order but everyone received there gear and was happy. Once December hit we upped the min back to $150 and it wasn't well received. We decided to stick in the middle with 200 and try to compromise with people. If you look back a few pages I answered this question for a previous user.
In all due respect, there are a few suppliers on here that tell everyone that they ran out and to hold off orders till further notice.
Agreed. When we ran out of stock in the beginning/middle of Nov I came on here announcing we had run out of stock and that we weren't going to take new orders until we replenished. However in this case I was never told stock was low, and even when I asked I was told we where full.
