I used to have that problem but I used one of those scrubers in the cosmetic isle with a lot of bar soap and I've been using accutane which has eliminated that problem completely. Most of those body cleansers are complete garbage so I would go down that route
For anyone else out there looking for a really great facial cleanser I highly recommend a product called CYCLIC you can find it on Amazon. It is a miracle soap.IT has nano silver in it.and many many other things that are great!!I used to sell it like gold when i worked in the hair industry,Especially men when they shave.you won't be disappointed
Bro soaps and creams and gels will only help in some cases. If you deal with severe acne its a problem that must be tackled from the inside out. Anotherwords a antibiotic like tetracycline or some version of or in extreme cases accutane which im not sure is even legal in your area. Harsh stuff but it will clear up a piece of pizza. Bottom line go to a good dermotologist and go over options. Keep in mind most acne pills have a very negative effect on liver values as some aas as well so be aware of that component.
Anoninzer is correct however, accutane which can clear up a pizza, can also do the following: liver damage, joint pain, hair loss, sudden blindness, exzema, brittle nails, irritable bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, depression, hearing impairment, swelling of the brain, low white blood cell count...damn, I could go on and on. I have never seen so many negative side effects for one medication.. sorry but it is fairly unusual to see this many warnings. That said, I have used accutane and quite frankly the dosage at which it began working had too many side effects and I stopped taking it... The soaps and creams are strictly management tools. Have you tried tetracycline?
Grrrrrrl. Ur right. I should have elaborated. Accutane did so many bad things to me but my acne was extreme at one time about ten years ago. You hear of drugs posing certain dangers but usually very few experience them. The thought of a drug for acne making me so depressed i wanted to put a gun in my mouth is absurd. But it did. I never felt depressed until i was put on it and many cases of suicide have been documented while on it. And yes my liver hurt. And my lips and skin was dryer thrn an alligators ass. And i felt so sick. But you know what it did do. Clear up my acne. My skin is mostly crystal clear now and i hope you can get yours there too with accutane as a last resort. Tetracycline would be a good place to start if a dr determines a rx is needed
ItsNoeltake vitamin b5
I am currently trying Hibeclens. Seems logical to me antiseptic soap and does not seem to dry my skin out. I will report if it gets any better. Shoulders are bad....
Retin-A worked very well for me when I was in early teens. I had to go see a dermatologist to get it thought. The active ingredient in Retin-A is called "tretinoin", so if you can find some sort of cream with that in on-line it may save you a trip to the dermatologist. Antibiotics such as Tetracycline and Erythromycin are also effective at preventing acne. Also taking a hot shower IMMEDIATELY after working out is very important. The last thing you can do is wash your sheets once a week. Keeping your sheets clean prevents oils and dirt from building up and further aggravating your acne.
cotton only and t-shirt laways
sgtstedankoGet some Dermovan cream "cheap under $20". Then go buy some spironolactone tabs (Aldactone) or ask your doc to give you a prescription. Crush up the pills, or grind them up in a small coffee grinder"worked best for me", and mix with the cream. Do only a couple oz at a time. Keep in the fridge. Grind up 600mg of spiro pills and add to 20 ml's of cream to make a 3% solution. This worked great for me back in the day. I'll bet $ it still works. If you're a grrl, or just want it to be scented w/something, add some lavender oil?
tread-mYeah brother I have one I am half a mind to try myself but I have to find it again. It is a shampoo you use as part of a balding treatment that is supposed to work but I have to remember what it is so maybe someone can prompt my memory. Read where it is supposed to work well and its about the only think I think I have not tried. Accutane is not practical if you plan on running gear as long as I have. I ran two rounds of it way back and it works great but its hell on your liver so I dont recommend running it over twice in your life. I'll be back when I figure out tbhe name of this and maybe we can both try it! Not together of course as bad as you know you want to you sick bastard! Lol. Seriously though, if you have an issue pre-gear I would absolutely think accutane as BB said. It may get rid of much of your predisposition and then you are just fighting it as an on cycle issue with milder. compounds.
was it Nioxin?? I was a hairstylist for 18 years. And that was a shampoo system I used for balding...
sgtstedankoDamn brother, you are old school! I honestly remember that to : ) What the fuck was that called??? Could just be my mind melting together ; (
cheers!LOL
sgtstedankoTake zinc gluconate, brother. I think the studies I read were 40mg? & mild soap twice per day, everyday. No more no less than twice though. You can make your own cream. I'll post back how to when I get home : )
tread-mI already know how to make my own cream but I am interested in this concoption of yours so shoot it to me when you get back to your hippy pad....
AnonNizoral?
tread-mDoes not sound right. I will know it if I hear it or see it. It was a shampoo that came out for balding shortly after the first minoxidil stuff. It went with some other things but anyway, somewhere I read in the last few days a guy that would use it on his shoulders and even face and it cleared it up. Might not work for everyone but wanted to try it. Mine is just shoulders only and its only on cycle, I have never had it off gear even when I was young (shoulders I mean)
sgtstedankoI Think it started with a D? Could be that I've got dermavan on my brain now : (
Accutane u can get it from ab bro pretty cheap compared to some other sources. But very hard on your insides tho.
AnonNot just nasty sides but horrific sides if dosages are not closely monitored ...Sgt has got it right, mild soap not something that dries you out or it will be worse...zinc is great, have you tried cutting out dairy products since gear seems to make it worse? Also have you gone to the derm?
yeh i tried cutting on down on them.yeh iw been to derm and he suggested to cut down on diary and protein drinks COMPLETELY for about a month to see if it will get better.but i would rather try something else before doing that as i get alot of my protein from cottage cheese and drinks.i will try zinc and soap.
AnonMoisturize too skin will over comoensate and produce more oil if it is dry...find a toner to balance your Ph ...NOT seabreeze it has alcohol in it and dries the skin, try getting rid of all the diary you can
Accutaine bro, only draw back is it can have some nasty sides.
