Pinning Glutes...

Ok so I will admit , in all my previous cycles I have pinned quads and delts only. (pecs with peptides only) But in this cycle I am kick starting with prop EOD and pinning tren ED..

I finally opened my mind and reached around and pinned myself in the ass mid-week last week. Let me just tell you guys that are just starting to pin , What a difference Glutes make! Virtually no PIP , no lumps (like my quads tend to do) If you are pinning more than once a week (which you prob should be no matter what you are on IMO) then take advantage of your two butt cheeks.. Your Quads and delts will thank you!

I can't remember the exact posts or who said it but I have also read (hear on eroids) that glutes are great muscles for proper distribution of your compounds , you guys can elaborate on this if you get a chance..

The muscle in the glutes is the most tender..least dense tissue...it's by far the best area to shoot, as it provides the best dispersal of oil.
By contrast, the calves (the MOST dense muscle tissue) is a horrible place to pin.

After a glute pin i leave the pin in for 30 seconds then remove .

I been pinning in my ass for ever! I finally pinned myself in my Quad and couldnt bend my fukin leg for almost a week!! not cool, but my ass has scar tissue and hurts like hell!! so trying new pinning spots!

I started out with delts cause they were easy to see. But I read some research showing the amount of absorption was greatest in the glutes followed by quads. I just saw a Dr showing how to pin quads who said if you put your finger over the sight as soon as you pull out it keeps bleeding out of the tissue which keeps the pain and swelling down. My problem with the glutes is keeping the pin still while injecting. it gets sore when the needle moves on me.

Ya bro glutes are my main site, just starting to get into the quads (its going well) but if I pin my delts, the right one especially, I get debilitating pip, its so bad I cant eat my fucking cereal in the morn lol
