Just to clarify I never said I have an outstanding order with TGS(its only been a week), so far he seems like a stand up guy. But I see recent posts that say they aren't receiving goods. Anyone that knows me, knows I dont rip a supplier for late delivery, I don't need the gear for quite some time. I just want to be assured that I will be receiving my order.
You have to realize it's not a guy, it's an operation. The individual posting here as "TheGearSquad" seems to be an entirely reasonable and well intentioned person doing his best to provide a service, but the guy who runs the mailing operation does not appear to be either. When I contacted him today to tell them they needed to do something to make this right, as no domestic supplier should ever take twelve days to deliver product when a) a 6-8 day T/A time is promised, and b) Priority mail can get from coast to coast in far less than twelve days, he responded "dont instruct me on what i need to do", and proceeded to imply that I had provided incorrect payment information, when he has at his fingertips the ability to see that they collected the funds 12 days ago. Hell, for that matter, an order I made ON THE SAME DAY from them arrived in 8 days, so the obvious conclusion is that the second order never shipped - This guy just doesn't want to admit it.
Again, the person posting here as "TheGearSquad" is, I believe, trying his best to make things right -- Even to the point of letting me know he asked the mailer to provide some extra gear in recompense. At this point, though, given the time it has taken, and the attitude I got from the mailer, I'm going to call this one a write off, and caution everyone here that you may or may not receive products ordered from this outfit. Should I ever receive that second order (I've had no assurances that I will - No offer to resend, nothing), I'll update here to let everyone know, but for a domestic, I have to say this is the worst ordering experience I've ever had.
I received an order from thesee guys not long ago and shipping was fine but it took 5 days to pick up payment so yea def very frusterating order process there's a problem somewhere in there operation its a shame to high quality gear from what I've used from them

Yeah, that's the real pity - The Spartan Labs gear is fantastic, but with the level of service they are providing, they'll either be pinned as selective scammers (fair or not), or folks will go elsewhere. This is a new source, even if they supply a well-known and for the most part well reviewed product...there are established sources out there that deliver products of just as good or better quality reliably in 4-5 days every time. Why risk your money with an unknown quantity who so far hasn't proved reliable in any way, shape, or form?
I got my order from them in 7-8 days. There must be something going on with their shipping department. Would be nice if they could explain whats going on.

Yet it seems like for a NEW source on here at least you cant complete a few orders. SO are you for real? Do you have gear to sell? Or are you taking peoples money and then ordering shit from elsewhere so you can send it to them?
This forumn aint so forgiving so step it up and get you stuff together or close down and stop wasting peoples times. Your own too....
And by the way if i ever order domstic, I expect 3 day turn. Or I would go INT which I have newver had any issues. Hope this helps. LOL

No shit, Hence my comments. Why show up here until you got your business tight. Any business. Unless you are sideways. Ive seen so many fly by nights show up here and disapear the next week and yes take a few of us for some money. I mean this is business. Legit, legal, or not. Its business.
Hey there GS..... Ordered three weeks ago.... got sent to receivers two weeks ago... sent PM three days ago without a response..... Kinda wondering what the deal is. Just checked mailbox again... its a no show.
Just to echo everyone else's experiences - I ordered on November 30th, got the "sent to receivers" email on December 1st, and my payment was picked up late on December 2nd. Communication has been great (they responded to my order/payment emails quickly), and the guy on here has been very quick to respond to my PMs. I haven't sent any emails/PMs regarding my current order, but I still haven't received anything (not home, so don't know if it came today).
Not concerned, due to the nature of what we're doing here and the fact that people eventually get their stuff (it also sounds high quality), but I've gotten gear from overseas in half the time.
Just checked - nothing today.

Thanks. Fair is fair, I'll post here when it arrives. I have to tell you though, this sort of T/A time for a domestic is unheard of, I literally get international orders more quickly.

You collected the funds and sent me an email saying the order was sent to the receiver on 11/30. Today is 12/12, and again, nothing in the mail. There isn't a destination in the United States that cannot be delivered to using USPS Priority flat rate small boxes in that time.
Twelve days for a domestic vendor is entirely unacceptable. So unacceptable, in fact, that I seriously doubt you've sent the products at all...without a tracking or delivery confirmation # yo have no way to prove that you have, while I have all of the WU documentation to show I paid.
At this point it is pretty obvious I'm not going to use your services again, but for the benefit of the community I'm going to continue to post here every single day until either my products arrive, or you simply admit you didn't send them, and make some arrangements to make this right. At this point, simply refunding my money would be good enough.
All I can tell you is its en route. I understand your frustration and I feel exactly the same way. I'm not sure what's going on with the shipping dept but thnigs have been slow. I have sent some emails to the other parties involved telling them about what's going on. As far as I know, your products are in the mail.
Well, I'll let you deal with your email contact -- I'm the one with $ collected and no product in hand 12 days later, and he just sent me a nasty email when I contacted him as you suggested. As far as I know, this order is a loss.

placed a order about 4 days ago, I will be expecting the package in about 6-10 more days based on how long it is taking others to get their goods. But so far communication has been on point and received replies to all my messages within 4hrs, which is better than what most others are getting. So far this guy seems g2g.
Good news, order came in and they threw in extra prop and test e for my troubles. The ordering process was very frustrating but in the end they took care of me. I hope everyone gets there gear and doesn't have to wait almost a month for it.
I'am olnly 10 days and counting, sure hope I don't reach the "month" mark. It is comforting to know though that u did receive your order. Sometimes shit happens, will post update on my order status next week.
