GOTHIC'S GRIPES----HOW TO CHOOSE A SOURCE
I'm not going to get into a lot of detail here because it's late, and I haven't put much ground work into this. But I'm going to try to outline some general guidelines off the top of my head for picking a good reliable source when it comes to purchasing gear online.
I'm posting this on short notice because it seems we have yet another batch of people here on eroids that made some hasty decisions and have been burnt yet again.
I've seen this happen over and over since I've been here, and it still seems to continue.
The first thing you need to understand is that there is no such thing as a completely reliable source. Sources come and go...rise and fall. and rise again. This is NOT a business where the guys who RUN the business retire at 65.
But there ARE good sources here, including our current #1 supplier, and they are fairly reliable. Why people take chances on sources that waive red flags like an airport ground crew is beyond me.
So if you're trying to pick a source, here are some general things you need to consider:
***Has the source been established for a substantial period of time?
***Does the source have good reviews here on eroids...and a LOT of them?
***Does the source have an easy-to-navigate web site with detailed pricing, clear policies, and good functionality?
***Does the source offer ridiculously-low pricing? If so, that's a red flag.
***Is there a source REP that is active in the forums here on eroids, and has BEEN active for a long time?
***Does the source have a stupid-ass name, like "Bar-Brawler Gear"?, or "Gangstaroids"? If so, stay the hell away, unless they have been around.
***Does the source check out on other forums/sites and internet searches?
***If the source is new, are there high-rep eroids members who endorse them..or just a few new guys who are much newer here than you?
***Does the source have a fly in his ointment?....Had he been warned by the MODs or BFG about using multiple/fake accounts to create false reviews. Take a look back through the pages of reviews, and check the history.
If you guys aren't looking at factors as basic as these, then you DESERVE to get scammed. There is no reason to not take a few minutes to check basic facts. That's why eroids is here. We are NOT a steroid mall. We do NOT offer sources that are necessarily pure and honest....we TRY to keep the bad ones out, but there's only so much we can do. That job falls, ultimately, upon YOU. YOUR reviews are what people depend on when they come here looking for a relable source. But all the reviews in the world mean absolutely nothing if you don't read them.

I agree we need more product reviews, lab tests, counterfit warnings then just complaints of shipping and response time. All you see in the review section is everyone kissing the sites asses and how good it smells other than a dam gear review! Any one can get gear fast and cheap but no one cares to see if its legit , they just say " seems to be legit" Bottom line these reviews really do not provide ant concrete evidence that its real.
There's a natural latency between getting gear and reviewing quality of gear.
I for example just came off of a cycle so it will be sometime before I can review the quality for the gear I just got. And because I'm an old fart that uses long esters; a few added weeks after the start.
That said, a new source will have a rash of "I got mine" well before reviews of quality. That in turn leaves you with the impression you have.

wow that was very good my man, i can only imagine the amount of kids messaging you goth, GOTH!!!! i just ordered from so and so and nothing!!! they took my 1700$ and his "dope testanon 400" was rated 'awesome"???and his site BAD-ASS GEAR WORLD was very highly rated??? please help me!!! HAHAHAHAH who seriosly would message you to tell them who to order from??, hahahahaha the nuerve!!!HAHAHA, but seriously, mods here im sure get blamed when questionable buisiness practices happen, but all you guys are doin is TRYING to set up a medium for OPEN AND HONEST reviews, not guaranteeing anyone or any product!!!

I like your posts, always seem to catch my attention with that whole common sense thing you are always throwing out there. I have said it myself, STOP writing reviews on service, price packaging and communication and then not coming back and telling every body how the gear was. i wouldnt care if the source wanted to give me head and send a russian hooker in with the package my concern is that i get quality gear, since that's what i am putting in my body you alos have to understand that if a "source" is a piece of shit enough to scam you im sure he doesnt care if he hurts you by sending you some other substance that you will be putting in your body. PLEASE WRITE MORE PRODUCT REVIEWS i say this because some of the top sources here aren't pushing the best stuff but people may never know that cause so many people are shooting them to the top by swinging on their nuts for fast communication and great service what about the f'ing gear??? is it good? thats what i want to hear. that is all
hey guys do not take in consideration a source only because it is on top and it ships domestic, more important is what products they sell and their quality

not a bad point, but TRUST is the biggest key with a source.
The simple fact is sources higher up the board have a longer history of trust and delivering on promises.
That doesn't mean other quality sources don't exist, with quality products . . . it is that we just don't have as much proof on their trustworthiness and customer satisfaction.
I agree with you on that one 500% joediez very well said everybody is more concern about how fast and good the communication is ,but what about the gear is good lol that my concern am with you on this one bro.
I wrote this on a thread a while back "see below" . I must say you are on the same point as I was and still am.. Everyone gets there shit like a dope fiend blow there wad and as abnormal said "the cycle continues".....
I have noticed there is no shortage of reviews for sources and receiving gear. However there is a severe shortage of what you actually are paying for. I think the product with the most votes has like 27 votes under product reviews. I can often go to a pic someone posted of their gear with a caption of, I will let you know how it is but they never do. I could quite frankly care less about anything other than the quality of the gear. If the gear I receive from said source is good then I will then rate them accordingly. I am just saying simply receiving what you get has nothing to do with that source other than they shipped what you saw in a picture or on a list. It is what is in what you ordered that matters. I just feel we can all put more effort into how the gear we ordered is working out. There is so much freaking brown nosing of the sources when in the end you are the customer. I know they are doing a service however when I go to reviews its like an ass kissing contest of all these people jockeying to say something ever so endearing to the source. All I want is your gear and of good quality and I am willing to pay for it. Hoping I am not stepping on any toes...Lets all put some effort into the product reviews section as to how we feel what we paid for is working.....Now I am going to make an order and will let everyone know how this shit pins and more importantly... HOW THE SHIT WORKS..........

I have jumped the gun like a drooling helmet head and ordered shit even though I had serious doubts.
Lack of product reviews= I think that people are scared to say what A LOT of others may be thinking but don't want to believe, that being that their gear is underdosed. I also think that people use eroids for getting what they want and then they disappear. And the final observation on all of this is that some just don't know what constitutes quality gear from watered down poop.
I AINT SCARED TO SAY IT, I MAY WRITE JUST THAT TOMORROW BUT I AM TESTING IT RIGHT NOW. I will post another thread about my issue later tonight and get some opinions and go from there. you keep an eye out for it cause you may find it interesting.
Northern Gearif your source is virtually giving you E-head, being noticably over-suave, and pretty much going way out of his way to sell you 2 prop. you might want to wait for others to review his services first.
id say the main thing is, if the deal is too good to be true (GG's 50% off deal) than 9/10 its exactly that, TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! considering a source doing it right makes 25-40%...if he is offering 50% off...im no mathmetician but uuugh, isnt the risk of this business to make money? why would you get a deal causing a source to lose money and risk hs freedom? i promise you he doesnt like you THAT much. money mkes the world go round, and the world breeds filth. that said, be very careful who you giveyour money to. cheers,

cycoI agree,i only have 3 sources at the moment that i deal with. I see alot of guys,here are all over the place,like dogshit. Ofcourse we are all looking for the best quality,and prices. But stick to the proven sources,and if a new one pops up,and your not sure,then wait. Any bad vibe,or feeling,means stay away.
1) If you go bottom fishing for gear,...you may catch crabs.
2) Gear at half the price that never arrives is worth less (wothless) than gear at twice the price that gives great results.
3) A fool and their money are soon parted.

cycoIt seems like even some veterans of the game,have been getting scammed lately also. Guess some of these scammers maybe have somekind of hypnotism,that is making you sleepy,when you wake up,you will give me all your money,and i won't give you shit,and you will be very happy,,3,2,1 wake up people..grrr..
I belive you hit it right on the nose goth, it is never a sure thing in this game but you can increase your chances of not getting ringed around the ass hole by doing something as easy as being smart about shit. Some people do have money to blow by taking risky chances but I am not one of those people. Sure ima be pissed if i do get scammed and almost took a bullet whenever (censored) was here as i was one of the last people to get their gear which is a prime example of a number1 source taking a nose dive. when I look for a source I do basically everything youve pointed out, in fact Im more likly to buy from someone who has more GOOD reviews from reputable eroiders than how high they rank on the charts. another thing I look for when searching for a site is who has voted on them, when i say who I mean do I communicate with them regularly such as you or tread or hollywood or grrrrl, I look for reviews that state the quality of their gear, what all steroids have been reviewed and how long the person has run the gear, if you got someone who comes in and says I got my cypionate in and this is my third day running it and its g2g i would say these people are not very reliable because if in 3 days youve deterined a long ester compund is g2g than your FOS!! people be smart and dnt go crying if youve decide to jump the gun on it, if youve got scammed for the most part you probably deserved it for not researching your source. Now when a source that repuatable plunges than thats an exception
Bro you nailed it. I seem to always see people taking long esters and then saying after 3 or 4 days they feel it raging in them already. I am on some Watson @ 500mgs a week and am on my 6th week and the shit it just really starting to kick in hard. 3 Days my ass. Scammers!!!
First time I did Sustanon I thought the gear was shit...then amazing.....then shit lol. I didn't have the dosage properly set up and my sleep pattern at the time sucked....lots of things influence gear.
People kept saying "just wait till week five." Well shit they were right and I learned that you can't get to know your body and how it reacts to gear unless your healthy in your lifestyle and you listen to people who have been there.
Newbs get that big ass placebo effect amd I was one of 'em.
So ya never listen to the kid saying his bench is up and hrs squaring thousand pounds after day one of so and so's tren e and test cyp.

Jtizzlegreat post , I think it's recommended multiple times on Eroids to test the waters with a src. Small test orders and slowly build trust and a working relationship. I personally know that any "donation" I send to anyone has the chance of being just that , a DONATION at any point during the process. HOPE FOR THE BEST BUT EXPECT THE WORST , seems like a shitty outlook but it is what it is..

FrankieOr maybe a 2 max order per new source untill tracking numbers or those two orders have been recived ?
If a new source is serious and means bussiness then i see no problem in buliding up on max orders ect untill a solid rep is built

State 4-5 day delivery time
In that 4-5 days thr scammer could of taken 1000,s dollers of peoples money

What about new sources haveing to maybe post a picture of some of the products they have with there web site address on paper next to the products? If not out on the open forum maybe a private email to a willing mod?
Then the mod can atleast give a sort of pass to a new source ?

Don't forget unreal sales and promotions, give aways of free gear to win people over quickly.
9 times out of 10, a scam will follow shortly.

I have to agree with you. NG and Best should be both number one on eroids. AB has been bullshttin me with my order for over a month. I made orders from NG and Best and got them both in less than 2 weeks. Im still waiting on my oils from AB !!
