Lose fat/gain muscle at the same time....
Now i know what your all thinking thats next to impossible because you need caloric surplas for muscle gain but for fat loss you need caloric deficit. This is next to impossible naturally if you are not a begginer.however, with test e/clen/var i beilive you can accomplish this. Test e is usually used for cutting but i beilive by eating 200-300 cals below maitenance cals you can lose fat and gain muscle. Now the results wont be dramatic to eithier side but it will be great for a balance, like recomping. More specifically to people who are around 10% bf and want to get down to 7-8ish and gain 10-12lbs of lean muscle. What are your thoughts on this... Assuming diet is in check.

Hey mate when you go on AAS anyway you will ultimately loose BF as you are placing additional hormones in your system and this will stoke the fire naturally and make you leaner. As Tread has said if you keep your meat lean or take in lean protien souces with clean carbs it is very easy in fact to increase LBM and decrease BF. Change you starchy carbs for fiberous carb. Also don't forget about your salads as these can act as negative calorie foods. What I mean by this is lets say a tomato contains 100 calories your body uses more than that to digest the tomato. So in fact you are still consuming calories. But your body is expending more than you are taking in. So in essence you can still eat heaps gain muscle and lean up all at the same time.

tread-mDid I miss all your stats, age and how many cycles you have ran? This one is pretty easy really and I'll give you the newb version assuming you're at least 24+ and in shape now. Test E 12 weeks and pep combo cjc1295 and ghrp6 3-10 staircaising and lower your fat and carbs to essential blowing your lean meat intake through the roof on at least 5 daily meals. Total recomp and muscle gain fat loss. May not be a big net gain in weight but will be a very nice net in lean muscle....a little healthier run than your choice there as well.
JtizzleMy lowly opinion would be this , follow nasty and ca's advice .. also keep in mind if you are adding quality muscle , weight is going up but your body composition is better for it.. more muscle weight as compared to body fat weight.. keep track of body fat % rather than pounds and that may be the best way to look at it..

Nasty81NateLook into a 10-12 week Test P cycle with var the last half of the cycle. That would be a great cycle to help you meet your goals if you got diet and training dialed in, and you don't mind EOD pinning.

Nasty81NateWith a clean diet, you can still have a high calorie intake that will build muscle and lower bf% at the same time with a test only cycle. Cycle results depend on the conditions you give the compounds too work with. I always lose bf in a bulk cycle cause I eat clean all day long. 6 meals a day of clean food, eating every two, three hours when I'm awake. Eating like this speeds up your metabolism big time, which in turn burns lots of calories...if I put clean calories in I get a nice physique and a tighter tummy as the end result.

Oh im not thinking of running this right now, just wanted general ideas on the topic as i see forum members asking this in different words. I ran test e first cycle amazing results.
A tren + HGH combo is great for recomping.
Apart from that, I had great results by keeping a slight calorie deficit 4 days a week, and a slight surplus on workout days.
Carbs high on workout days, low on rest/cardio days.
I would rather keep this thread to the begginer cycles not something extreme. Thats why i losted test e/var two of the begginer compounds.
