test flu last 3-7 days just untill the body gets use to the forgin matter thats been invading it.
its caused by the shock your body goes thru adjusting to testosterone, an increase of red blood cells is one of the reasons we some times get the test flu, with the dramatic increase of red blood cells to white blood cells, your immune system drops. It is always best to make sure your taking a good multivitamin to help boost your immune system. Keep in mind when you work out and you tear muscle, your bodys immune system will also drop due to the repairing of your muscles, this also plays a big role in the increase chance of gettin the test flu, normally it only last for a day and youll be good to go. I also found out the hard way when I 1st used propionate back in 04 lol. The only thing is I didnt get educated on it until the day after I got sick when steroid salesman tells me " oh yeah, it can give you the flu too" Im like really, dnt you think you could have shed a lil light on me before it happen so at least I knew to look for it. The bad thing is he was a friend of mine so that made it that much worse lol. like goth said, eat good, drink plenty of fluids, and get plenty of rest. youll be good as new b4 you know it.

I saw a report on the news where "test flu" was actually the beginning stages of HIV...or exposure to Anthrax. AnonBacteria can cause it, adjusting to a new ester/hormone, spikes in estrogen, high bp, infection a few reasons for the flu. You know you have it when you want to sleep all day and you feel exausted. You treat it when you find the reason that cause it in the first place. Use an AI, get liver protection eat less sugars less salts etc. If nothing works means you are just adjusting it will go away after 4 weeks or so.
What are the serious signs to look out for ? At what point do you seek medical treatment ? Just don't want to look like a ass if I go to the hospital . How in the hell! Do you explain that to a doctor ! Lol !
AnonAt no point you will need medical treatment for test flu. If you get a flu cause you got an infection from the injection then thats another story. Test flu is estrogen related most likely or you are just adjusting to the hormone. An AI sorts it for me.
You will know when you get it all you want to do is sleep and you sleep within a sec of lying down.
