Why the h!!! does it always take a PM? How about running an organization that takes care of its obligations without requiring that customers jump through hoops?
I need to know his email so I can see if everything went thru and not discuss details of his order on the open forum. Not asking him to jump through hoops and am very sure that his order is well on its way.

Last Wednesday we suffered some IT problems with our email server, and were not able to regain access until Monday evening. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience. All paid orders are en-route and will arrive shortly.
We received quite a large number of orders during the servers downtime, and as a result are working diligently to catch up. We WILL NOT be accepting new orders until 11/20. If you placed an order after last Wednesday (11/09), please wait until 11/20 to resend your order IF you do not receive an email before then. Please know where are working very hard to keep our commitment and sending numerous emails asking about your order status will only slow things down for everyone. Once again we thank you for your patience and support.

We appreciate the update GS but I am the type of customer who isn't gonna blow up your email unneccesarily. There are people here that ordered and paid and now sit in limbo. Would you give those guys ( me included ) an idea of what ya need us to do? Do we need to resend order? Email you? Friend request and then PM you? Or are we just G2G and can relax and just keep checking the Mailbox. Help us Help you guys out here. thanx

If you put your order in after last Wednesday or have not received payment information then you would need to resend. However if you have already sent payment and it has been collected you are G2G. I love the community here, thanks for your help and understanding!

The holiday really put a damper on business along with the Gold Bull/Solvay incident. We are restocking as we speak and hope to be pack to normal on Wednesday. We also had some IT problems with our email server (not our website). We had no access to email since last Wednesday but have since regained access. There are ALOT of email to go thru.
