I don't want to add to his problems so I am not emailing him, but I believe I might have a problem with my last order. If he will only accept emails for orders and payment, how do we discuss issues with him. I repeat, I have not and will not email him for now, but how do I resolve issues? Sorry to ask this here, but I don't know where else to turn.

I'm pretty sure there was a mix up with my order - I have not sent any emails - but if one email is for the new bounce back list and the new one is for orders and payment only, how do we let AB know their may be a problem with our order. No worries, I haven't been bugging him, but if I want to ask a question, how do I do that? Anyone?

Same here just waiting for reply that he got my payment! Couldnt agree with ZEEK more but like most people have said on here they dont get a reply after and the stuff will be there within 3-4 days, which is awesome. Why these people are getting pissed by not getting their order FROM A DOMESTIC source within 5 days, but instead 7-10 days later. This man is obviously one of the elite on the forum and receives hundreds of emails a day. and as he said its only 2 people tackling the email. Have you ever tried to read the 400 + emails in your account with only you reading them? pretty impossible in a days time. Remember if you sent your email before someone else.. its probably further down on the list than the people who sent after you hence why they get a reply before you do. Cant wait to get my gear and cheers to everyone on their cycles!
