I made an order and it was suppose to ship tuesday but still haven't received should i be worried or email him?
Not at all it took almost 10 days for mine. I was worried to but don't it will be there. Out of his hands when he ships.
I wouldn't worry at all, I just got my last order from him. It took a day longer than normal. Give him a couple more days - I'm sure it'll show.
I was looking into trying AB with a pretty heavy order, but i don't want to bug him with emails. When i email for the product list i get the automated response. When i go to place an order i send it to the same email address with the list of products i'm looking to purchase? Is that the best way? I've never ordered from a source that deals through email only so I want to be sure i'm doing this the proper way as opposed to going in like a newb. Thanks for any help, i'd appreciate it.

To all those who received their orals but were missing the oils. I was in the same boat. I got my orals on thursday and 2 days later the oils came in. So I believe he sends stuff in different packages. Thanks AB, I have never had service quite like yours. Keep up the good work

not at the moment it doesn't, but it will usually put it in your junk mail unless its an email recognized as one you use often
