If you want size your gonna have to EAT BIG. Lots of calories and not from fast food and soda tho, and stay hydrated. Do you have a good work out routine? Do you split your muscle groups up so you are not over training your muscles? Get plenty of sleep every night(8-9hrs)? justwant2bejacked is right, diet is key and you wont grow without enough calories.
Ya I have a good wrkout routine and I split my training as well. Sleeping not a prob as well. You are totally rite on the eating big! Still havin a hard time forceing myself to eat every few hrs. but, gettin better at it!

honestly wanna bulk up! im 35 yrs. old done a few cycles but, jus cant seem to put much size on? thinkin my diet is not helpin much.
