I don't know what your basing that opinion on but you are out of your mind if you think that AB's deca isn't gtg!!! I just finished 375mg a week for 6 weeks and have never healed as fast and my tendonitis was basically non existant from the second pin... I wasn't planning on continuing it but the tendonitis is already back after being off a week. That's just my experience though.

It was probably sore cause it was the first time in that muscle. I would recommend after injection then massage your muscle for a few minutes and make sure you put a lot of pressure on it while massaging it. I have always done this and never have any pain at all after injection. I just finished a cycle of test suspension, trenbolone acetate, and some prop ( just to add a little more test to it ) and never got sore once using this technique. Also rotate sites too, I go from shoulders to glutes to legs then start over and that rotation. Also any time you pin a muscle for the first time it will be a little more sore than any other time, but as long as you massage it like I said then you will be fine. Hope this helps.
