What dose of test e for 360mg of tren?

If I wanted to run 360 of Tri Tren from Lixus(60 ace, 60 e, and 60 hex), what dose of test e should I run to keep from the shutdown?

I have ran a low dose test say 200mgs and a higher dose of tren between 50mgs/75mgs pinning the tren every day. The reasoning behind this was to avoid the nasty tren sides. I used test e and pinned on mon and thurs half an ml each day. I backfilled a 29g slin pin for the every day pinning and hardly noticed. I just used delts, traps, pecks and vastus. It was a twelve week cycle and I only used tren for 6 weeks. I was shut down but used a test taper pct and after getting down around 80mgs a week of test I threw in a serm. Used hcg starting on week 9 my boys came back and I didnt lose much size from my on size. Maybe 10%. Hope that helps anyone.
Northern Gearas TRT has stated, using test will not "stop" shutdown, if your running tri-tren i would suggest using EOD test prop injections with it, eat clean, train hard, pct should DEFINETLY involve HGC! along with a serm like nolva or clomid...also personally i run ostarine with my pct, and find it helps me get hardbodied, lose alot of water retention, while maintaining my gains. dunno if there is scientific proof of that last statement, just a personal experience kind of thing. i buy my ostarine from ar-r.com "sarms s4" if your inerested. cheers.
Anonuseing test wont stop shutdown man it will just add to shut down of the hpta ,you use test to replace your own natural testosterone ...you can use anything from a hrt dose ( 250mgs every 10-12 days) to a higher dose of 500mgs per week ..
as tren is a 19nor steroid meaning it has none of the male hormone testoterone in it if you use it along there will be zero testosterone produced by you body (shut down) AND ILL TELL YOU NOW THATS NOT A VERY NICE FEELING ...
so its really upto you man anywere from 100mgs per week to 500mgs per week .imo you should run your test higher than your tren so 400-500mgs would be a good marker

on another note-
run hcg on cycle from day one right upto pct ..500iu every 4th day i find works great ,this will keep your balls in size and help with a better and faster recover when it comes to pct time
