Syringing out of the same 10ml vial over 2-3 cycles

(Apologies if this is posted in the incorrect forum).
I have a 10ml vial of Lixus Test 400.
The final 10ml vial of my last cycle was more like 7ml, so I used 3ml of the 10ml vial of Lixus Test 400 to finish off the cycle.
A gym buddy told me that I shouldn't again use that same 10ml vial of Lixus Test 400 for any future cycles as it's sterility has been compromised...
However, I used (thorough) aseptic technique throughout my last cycle.
What are your thoughts on this?
Ideally I'd like to hang on to this 10ml vial of Lixus Test 400 as a back-up for the next 2-4 cycles, but I'm unsure as to whether I should now ditch it or not?

If would definitely use it again.
tread-mIts fine....I switch around a lot with my gear and use things up to a year and a little longer that were previously tapped. Your product is highly stable in oil and with your swabbing previously it is good. I always look for discoloring or a look that has changed in any way but just never had an issue at all. Now if you stored it in the shed and mice have been chewing on it then discard..lol
