What to expect from cycle?
What should I expect from this cycle, and diet plan? Will I be on the floor crying:) Are my balls gonna feel like they're imploding? All input is greatly appreciated. Even if it's not what I want to hear. I'll be doing this with P90x, Hiking, for a few miles&Sprinting 2-3 times per week. Cardio,etc. Almonds or protein bars for snacks. Water, water ,water, and more water, at least 2gal per day, or green tea to drink. No alcohol.
I'll be eating this pretty much everyday, except Sunday. No more crispy creams & Jack Daniels for breakfast:(
1. Protein Shake w/banana&Flax seed oil, OR 5-7egg white omelette, 1/4 cup Steel cut Oats w/Flax seed oil&cinnamon.
2. Five oz. Grilled Chicken with 1/2cup brown rice&quinoa.
3. 5 oz. Grilled chicken or Fish, mixed green salad.
4. Protein shake 1 scoop W/water
5. 8 oz. grilled salmon w/veggies

I read that at the end of cycle 21 days @ 50mg clomid per should be sufficient? WDYT?

Also taking with supps Milk Thistle, Liv 52 DS, hydroxycut, green tea, multivitamin, cranberry extract, Creatine ethyl ester hcl, MRM CLA1250,& MRM Smart blend. ZMA. etc. ~ ~ ~

You need to up your protein shakes 1 before the gym with Glutamine & L Argine added and then immediately after training another fast absorbing protein drink with L Leucine,L Isoleucine,&L Valine. Also at bed time take a 12 hour muscle feeder protein to feed your body as you sleep. You need to have a minimal of your body weight in protein preferably 1and1/2 times your body weight in protein to promote lean muscle mass.
Im not familair with a 12 hour muscle feeder protein, do you have a name you can share.
Just about all manufactures make something with short medium and long protein breakdown. I like MHP personally I have gotten good results from their products. Muscletech sucks all you are paying for is the name.
i would keep the doses at a constant dose, not upping it every week., pyrmaiding is a thing of the past when they didnt use pct. keep it the same ot keep your blood levels stable, which will cause less sides. anavar- 60mg ed winstrol- 30-50mg ed. but if i was you, i would just go with one compound either a oral or test prop. and u can use the clen also.

Your, Cycle is all Orals, and what you would like to actually accomplish and your current stats are not listed... We could use this to help you out...
Im going to go out on a limb and assume you are cutting, and this is your first cycle?

sgtstedankoNot much of a limb to go out on:) Correct, trying to accomplish cutting as much as possible. And gaining/keeping 7-10 pounds lean muscle. First cycle in over a decade. Used to run every morning, and hit the gym over lunch, then again at night. But lately have been stuck behind a desk looking at the bottom line. Sick of it. Have never tried anavar, and was looking to get what to expect both together, etc. Thanks so much for any input, and ideas. Not sure stats. Please feel free to send me ques, etc. Thanks again.
