I've dealt with dc Tom in the past. My first cycle got super underdosed test from him and I've watched him do this time and time again, always with a new excuse and some way he's gonna make up for it. Condolences to those that lost out.
Ok, now that I see this is a real issue.
IF it's a 100% confirmed scammer, it's a hard one. For one, it can be a cascading effect on the whole industry but sources also need to be held accountable for their actions when it affects the community.
Everyone knows who DC Tom really is, it's never been a secret but should eroids get involved...eh, I'm not sure.
I think doxing a bad source should be allowed as their source intro no longer falls under any protection, I don't think eroids should get involved. I would consider a scamming sources page to be the misc section of bb.com and let it go wild

I generally take that stance myself. Even when I learn who a source is, I try to purge the info from my mind so I can still claim some kind of plausible deniability.
The Tom we all needed
Been here 11 years I think and I don't even know what Tom's prior source names were. Someone post them all up and absolutely if someone knew he was a scammer previously apparently multiple times then the community should be made aware and they should definitely be exposed. I made an order from him in September and while I recieved everything I paid for alot didn't.
Bro, he did this before as DCTom. Mrs D came in to fix up the mess and he was afraid she was going to rat him out so he came back. His real identity is known by many of his customers so this is a stupid thing to do.

I was surprised he was let back tbh. One strike was being a scammer, the other strike was lacing shit with other substances without telling people.

I've done some seriously petty shit to scammers. My goal is generally, if someone scams, I will pay 10x to make them pay at least 20x the cost of what they took.
Imagine scamming someone for $300 then getting your tires sliced up 40x on your car over the course of a year.
But tell you what, if I ever turn scammer, dox me, rat me out to leo, shit on my front porch, ruin my life, whatever, it's all fair game.

I use to get some M'Fucker that would walk past the edge of my driveway and sprinkle nails on the footpath so that when I reversed out in the morning they would stick in my tyres, was contually paying for new tyres to be put on. Twats LOL

It was him, I'm sure of it. He wanted to sell DC last year right before he went scammer the first time (or was that the year before...?). I had hopes for him when he first came here, his scam is what ultimately made me choose not to close up shop when I was considering it.

I think if he were to be exposed it would create a hell of a lot of unease amongst members and people would not know where they stood in regards to their own identity. I fully appreciate what is currently going on is wrong, but many of those guys that are waiting on orders knew full well how the source operated and its previous problems in the past.
On the back end trying to discover his identity and search for news his arrest could create closure and warn of a possible wider net if some others were too close.
There's always a possibility that the source wasn't a scammer. But we won't know for 3 to 5 years... maybe 2 with good behavior.
The way tom was trying to run things seemed like he was over his head, perhaps he knew he was under investigation. Instead of wrapping up business and going dark, he thought he could cut and run but executed it like Biden's exit from Afghanistan.

Here the thing though... I've been arrested as a source for something other than gear. One of the things I made sure I told my wife in the 15 minute alloted phone call. "Hey make sure you tell (so and so) I've been arrested so they know what's going on. I get the phones calls are recorded and maybe saying this websites name could be incriminating. But I can assure you if I was in his shoes. You personally would be getting a DM from a friend of mine.
Unless he decided he needs all that crypto for a lawyer. Of course this is all [IF] he was arrested.
All of it is really odd. 2 or 3 out of 300 packs lands. And trackers are from 3 different states.

It's a slippery slope once you start finding reason to out people's personal info. Scammers are the scum of the earth. I'm all for you doing things on the back end to perma ban them from the site if possible. If everyone's private info is sacred around here most people would probably be more comfortable coming here and discussing the things we do.
Is there a chance that the site could be held liable somehow if you did release the info and something bad happened to them? I'd also be worried that said scammer would release others private info in retribution for theirs being released. It's not like these people have scruples or anything.
