Proper nutrition, proper training and proper rest are the keys to a growth phase. You need less gear for a growth phase. High dosages are best reserved for when in caloric deficit, in order to preserve tissue and maintain strength. Too much tren imo. Now you’ll have to deal with its organ toxicity affecting your bodies ability to process nutrients and get rest. There is a point of diminished returns with that compound, especially in a bulk. 100mg will give you all the nutrient partitioning benefits you require to grow.
