+ 7 Coming in a little tighter after another cheat meal ;)

Coming in a little tighter week on week. I woke up Flat AF yesterday weighing 88kg which was totally un expected 4.5lb drop in a week so a sloppy meal was chucked in and this was my morning look! Safe to say it has helped fill me back up a little.
Current macros
220c, 280p 50f
Cardio 45mins Steady State daily
13,000 steps on top a day
Training bro split 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off.
This was after a tandoori mixed grill, English chips, a chilli naan bread
3 slices of sticky warmed up toffee cake 2 with custard 1 with choc fudge brownie ice cream haha!
Back on plan today!!

do you mind if I ask you if you drink at all brother? I just started a pretty serious cut and am trying to reach certain goals with my body but after a long hard day of work sometimes---(NOT EVERYDAY) I want a drink and to relaxxxxxxxxx but don't wanna feel guilty for A- empty calories and B- I know that certain alcohol consumption can stunt protein synthesis . you have a badass physique so curious your input buddy?

Hey buddy! I'm not a big drinker at all to be honest I feel with this lifestyle it just doesn't work well due to the empty calories, slows absorption of protein, dehydration and also puts extra stress on the body especially alongside the drugs but that's just me I know guys that drink every weekend or have a few beers in the evening and look incredible. For me If I drink its special occasions or when on holiday vacation with the family where I totally switch off from the bodybuilding lifestyle for a couple of weeks

Haha this has been my smoothest cycle in a long time I found that high amounts of ashwaghanda ksm66 has really helped me stay calm and level headed

Trying to keep orals to a minimum they always fck up my digestion, give me heartburn and raise my blood pressure rather fill out a bit more with food rather than adding in more drugs

Exactly the same as I have been eating every day for the last 12 weeks just in slightly larger amounts. From yesterday I have added in 50g extra carbs 10g fats planning on keeping it the same for the next few days then will tinker and adjust from there depending on how the body responds then will add in am extra high Day from here on instead of a sloppy cheat meal

Thanks bro I was struggling until recently I felt my mood changing felt serotonin levels rising and was really starting to affect me physically and mentally but I started taking ashwaghanda ksm66 500mg morning and 1000mg in the evening and it's totally changed the game I have never been so relaxed and level headed and it has 100% helped with my physique, mental state and recovery!

I follow alot of bodybuilding podcasts and found out alot of pros are using it during prep so decided to do a load of research and the stuff is a game changer especially when output gets high and carbs get low literally saved me the past few weeks haha

Ive used standard Ashwagandha years ago when I was tryna bump up my test levels naturally before I bit the bullet an went on trt and it was pretty good what I can remember so just bought a bottle of these ksm ones ha.
I use lions mane and reishi tinctures daily just find it helps with the struggle of juggling work/family/training/diet it can all be a lot sometimes need to keep the head clear.

Tell me about it brother I'm In the same boat wife and 2 kids 8 and 9 years these aren't the years to be stressing at them due to wanting to look good so try and keep stress to a minimum and try to book get aways as much as possible for that quality time
