+ 2 What I’d tell anyone before their first cycle
When I first started, I overthought everything. Spent weeks reading and watching videos, but nothing really prepares you like experience does.
I ended up running just test e at 350mg a week for around 10 weeks. No orals, no stacks, nothing fancy. The first few weeks felt slow, then strength and recovery just took off. It wasn’t anything crazy, but it was steady and clean.
Looking back, the biggest lesson was to keep it simple. Test only teaches you how your body reacts, what side effects you get, and what’s actually worth adjusting next time. I had some oily skin and a bit of insomnia, but nothing major.
If you’re a beginner, don’t rush. Have your pct ready, eat right, and treat it seriously. The gear doesn’t make you disciplined, it just shows if you already are.

What's with these new accounts spitting motivational quotes with stolen instagram photos as profile pics?
Tickle me sensei, farming karma for promos or part of something weirder?
Im finding the hardest bit is getting clear and simple information for PCT.
Great insight homie, now if only more newbies could understand/comprehend as well as you do they'd all be so much better off. It's like that old timey saying "Keep It Simple Stupid"
stalliongI like this advice, you are spot on man, PCT is very important!
NattyGoneEveryone wants to overcomplicate their first run, but keeping it simple is the smartest move
