+ 8 1st Time Tren Experiment

Update: 20 weeks deep in the offseason, started around 240-242lbs. Current weight is 256-258. Been on a steady 0.5-1lb/wk weight gain. Height 6'5 - 8.5 years training, 2.5 enhanced
Cycle:
Weeks 1-10: TestE 500, EQ 400 – shot my blood pressure up to high, so decided to drop EQ & go to a cruise dose of 300 testE.
Weeks 11-15 Cruised on 300 TestE

TestE & RAPID 150 - ED Injections
Weeks 16: TestE 250, MastP 70, TrenA 70
Week 17: TestE 250, MastP 105, TrenA 105
Week 18: TestE 250, MastP 140, TrenA 140
Week 19: TestE 250, MastP 175, TrenA 175 (last 3 days of this week I tried 210mg Mast/Tren)

My intentions for utilizing it was for its nutrient partitioning benefits. I also wanted to test the waters at each dose to see when or if I started feeling side effects. I know that using it in a cut is much better but (and I know why now) but my patience runs low when I am hungry so adding the trenbologna sandwich while starving just didn’t seem ideal for a first-time experience.

Weeks 16 & 17 were freaking fantastic. Energy and mood boosts through the roof. Did not need as much sleep. Slept like a rock through the night. Increased vascularity, no indigestion, no night sweats. I did have a slight increase in body temperature but that is normal for me when adding compounds on top of test. Felt powerful in the gym.

End of week 18 and week 19 is when I started feeling some indigestion and as week 19 progressed, I started becoming more emotionless/agitated. Which for me and my career does not work well. I had some indigestion and heart burn which made it more difficult to eat the food I needed to each day. For the most part I have a lot of patience nothing really gets to me, but I could certainly feel my patience running thin about things that I usually wouldn’t bother me.

Overall, my physique did change a fair amount in that short amount of time. The power of tren is no joke. Also, the harm of tren is no joke. I got bloods done before and after which you can see below. Not a huge difference, but it certainly didn’t make them better! I totally see the power in adding this to the end of a prep cycle and how beneficial it can be to add the cherry on top of a polished physique. I now understand why people say only use this compound in a prep cycle. I would say that 100-140mg/wk is the sweet spot for me and anything beyond that the sides start to show themselves. Also, out of sheer precaution for any prolactin issues, I did pick up some P-5-P and took 100mg every night for the first 3 weeks and 200mg to finish out the experiment.

Note: I take a boatload of natural supps to help with cholesterol and other things. To name a few, red yeast rice, citrus bergamot, berberine, omega-3, coq10, twice a day multivitamin, tons of vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, milk thistle, zinc and a few others.

Your takeaway is similar to mine. My coach puts it in the last 8 weeks of prep at 150 mg per week. When I was backstage talking to the other competitors about gear at my last show, they were asking if I meant 150 per day. NO per week dude. I was lucky enough to scrape out the overall at that show but while I looked at these guys running 700+ mgs a week their skin went to shit, they flattened out and couldn’t fill back out properly, they just looked over dieted and like their system was over clocked, not healthy. They were probably having trouble sleeping, and their organs were probably suffering in a way that starts to show on the outside.

Also excellent control of your lipids on cycle. I wish my bloods looked as good as yours. I run about triple your dosages though so if you can continue to progress with those dosages you’re setting yourself up for good long term health and longevity in bodybuilding.

Big plus (I think it’s only one now) from the Beard and keep on crushing it brother.

Thanks bro! I appreciate that. What a crazy insight. 150mg/wk is all you need haha. I do this thing for longevity and honestly I see now that its more about the diet and training anyways! The gear just allows you to push a little harder and recover a little faster! @Bearded_muscle

Tren just plain out fucks people up inside and you weren't even taking that much. That is an ED or EOD dose for a lot of people. Imagine throwing a little var in there now.

Absolutely the worst steroid on your lipid profile, maybe a tie with winnie. Var shouldn't be run without a statin. It will completely flip and wreck your lipids. So much for being a mild steroid. Lol If your lipids aren't wrecked with var, then you weren't taking var.
