+ 1 Going from TRT into first cycle

Hi everyone, I am pretty new around here but have been lurking for awhile now. I am getting ready to start my first test c cycle in about a month or so. I would appreciate any pointers so I can make the most of this cycle.

I am 5’10” 192lbs around 15% bf. I am cutting prior to my cycle and will start when I am close to 12%.

I am currently on TRT doing 30mg daily. I have been on TRT for about 6 months now.

My most recent bloodwork shows my test levels stay somewhat high with a peak around 1100 and trough around 900.

Estradiol 32 pg/ml
Free T 17 pg/ml
Dhea 400 ug/dl
Igf-1 265
Lipids 143 total
Trig: 77 mg/dl
Ldl: 95 mg/dl
Hdl: 35 mg/dl

My current maintenance tdee is 2800 cal per macrofactor.
I eat primarily whole foods and nothing processed unless necessary due to travel.
I will be starting after a cut that is currently 1800 cal.
My cut nutrition is 1 gram per lb protein, 100g fat, and 50g carbs (basically lean meat, veggies and fats for all meals)

I plan to start my cycle with a carb reload day then go to 1.5 g per lb and 2800 cal then adding 250 cal a week and leveling off around 3,500 from week 3 onward. I might cycle back down toward maintenance then work back up depending on body fat accumulation. My target macros on cycle I was thinking should be 1.5 g Protein/lb, 0.25 g Fat/lb, and 0.85g Carbs/lb.

I will be starting to workout (fasted) 1 to 1-1/2 hours every day in the am with two-three afternoon sessions per week. (Thanks to everyone on here convincing me to get my ass out of bed early) I will probably add my cardio in very late at night 3-4 times a week.

I am thinking of doing the following for my first cycle:
Weeks 1-12 @ 500 mg test c (~72mg pinned sub q daily)
Weeks 4-12 Asin 6.25 ED followed by bloodwork on week 5.
Weeks 8-16 Var 50mg (split 25mg 2x day)
Weeks 8-16 Start liver/organ defense supplement
Weeks 13-16 IGF-1 LR3 25mcg taken pre-workout (already have it so why not?)
Weeks 13-onward Resume TRT at 30mg daily
I have HCG on hand if needed to raise E.
Tamoxifen 20mg on hand if it is really needed (kind of worried about sides from it so not sure I will ever take it)
No plan for PCT

Current daily supplements:
Omega 3 with 1300mg epa/860 mg DHA, Red rice yeast, zinc/multivitamins, berberine, Psyllium husk powder.

My workout plan is structured for 16 weeks with 4 weeks per phase. The first phase is strength based low rep 5/set, second is 10-12 reps/set, third is 10-12 reps/set compounded, and fourth is low/high supersets.

What is everyones opinion if I should continue test c for 16 weeks or just stick with stopping at 12 and take the anavar only with my trt dosage. If I do 16, should I run the var up front in the strength portion of my workout routine?

I have done a lot of homework on this and I feel pretty comfortable with my plan but I don’t know everything yet. I would love to hear everyone’s opinion if I need to rethink anything in my cycle. Also would like opinions on if it is best to start right from a cut jumping up to maintenance calories.

I wouldn't use LR3 without pinning HgH also. IGF causes a negative feedback loop and will halt your natty GH production, which looks pretty good so you will regress if that is lost. Will need a replacement dose of at least 3iu daily. and I would ramp up to 5-6 iu while on cycle for added benefit. I wouldn't bother with the var on first cycle. Test will be plenty.

Thank you I really appreciate your help, I will drop the var from my cycle. Do you think I should extend test for 16 weeks pending bloodwork/vitals or is it better to just end the cycle and resume trt at week 13? I am assuming at some point it I will start to see diminishing returns thus the var to finish.

I was taking cjc/ipa 100mcg twice a day with the lr3 for one month up to getting this bloodwork. Could I continue that for a more natural gh release or is it best while on cycle to go with HGH. I haven’t done much research on HGH since I wasnt sure about the side effects. Am I correct that one vial is only 10ius?

You are going to make of your gains that first 12 wks, I wouldn't expect a whole lot more out of 16. Some coumpounds like DHB, deca, Eq, primo are more suited to a longer run to maximize gains, test not so much. I would cap it at 12 wks.

You won't get any natural release of GH while using LR3. Those peps won't help. Have to supplement with exogenous HGH so stick with the real deal. Most vials of it are 10iu.

What does everyone thing regarding 12 vs 16 weeks of test? Does it matter since I dont need pct? Is it just a matter of running bloodwork/tracking blood pressure?

Because steroids r taxing on organs. I wouldn't do the var until you have a solid HDL

Yeah my HDL has been stuck around 30ish for years despite all kinds of effort to raise it. I will hold off on Var for now and see if I can improve it any more..

You are going to cut calories by 1,000 then add it right back when starting a cycle? Personally id cut calories a little less harsh. But im a fatass. I dont think i could function with so little calories for the sake of starting a cycle.

I’ve been on the 1k cut for about three weeks now but doing a carb/refeed day once every two weeks. I have actually had a decent amount of energy and feel pretty full. It is probably likely due to the high volume of whole foods.

I am new here, so don't have anything to add. I do have a question, as I may be in your situation in the near future. What are the supplement(s) you are going to be using for Liver/Organ Defense? Seems to me like you have your ducks in a row.

Without listing the brand, you can search amazon for liver and organ. I take 3 a day now just to get my bloodwork the best prior to starting my cycle. It is intended for 9 a day when you are on a cycle.
