I pinned 600mg/week. It took a while and gradually started making my physique look dry vascular and full. After about week 10, I looked very impressive and friends that hadn't seen my in a while were shocked. I had 2 boxes (20 amps) that I received in a promo but ordered more to complete a cycle of 16 weeks.
