How to get a show body
This is my first post on here and i'm dreadful with forums so excuse me if i break any rules.
I need help losing body fat, this is the part i find the hardest. I want to know how to get the show body look with no BS! I'm sick of seeing people like Devin physique looking ripped all year round then posting videos showing him eating burgers with 4 fries and doughnuts! I want to know their secrets.
I'm 25, I weigh 84kg and my body fat is probably around 14/15%
Last year i did a cutting course on test and clen and it worked ok (my abs just started to show) but I think my diet could have been much better.
This year i want to get down to around 8% body fat, and maybe i'm being unrealistic here but i want to do it in about 8 weeks.
I have just started the following course;
100mcg Clen a day
50mcg T3 a day
100mg Anavar a day
400mg Test 400 a week
400mg Tren E a week
Should i be taking something like Adex to get rid of unwanted water retention?
A days routine usually looks like the following;
Half hour of fasted cardio first thing in the morning
Eat shredded wheat with a little bit of semi-skimmed milk as soon as i get home from the gym
Then while i'm at my desk at work ill snack on an apple, banana, and nuts
At lunch ill have a chicken salad
For dinner ill usually have steak with asparagus and white rice (pre-workout meal)
Lift some weights at the gym
Come home and eat a bagel with peanut butter on (heard it was a good post-workout meal, was thinking of changing to rice cakes and peanut butter or just having some multodextrin)
I should mention I don't drink anywhere near enough water. I don't drink fizzy drinks or alcohol ever! I do add some squash to my water and have changed milk coffee to black coffee (most of the time)
I'm only on my first week of cutting and haven't started counting calories yet, just been focusing on eating better foods as my diet was bad before. How many calories do you think i should be under each day?
It would be good to hear your thoughts, Thanks in advance.

ohhhlalaaaaa
His secret is probably that he doesn't eat that all the time - just in a video he made to fuck with people's heads. Maybe went and puked after too. Posting videos - aka virtual reality - aka fiction.
Another "secret" - it took more than 8 weeks to get there.
Drink enough water! What could be easier?
Under 2300 calories to start, and then you will have to reduce that as you lose weight. Better take 14 weeks and start from 2700. And all of the reduction should come from carbs. (I am guessing a bit. You can play with a TDEE calculator yourself.)
Is it sugar-free shredded wheat? Oatmeal with water instead. Put cinnamon in it.
Yam instead of apple or banana
Brown rice instead of white rice
Barley instead of bagel. "Natural" (sugar-free) peanut butter is OK
If you know about glycemic index, you see the theme developing here.
Eggs
Fish - fatty fish
Olive oil
Green tea
You can make it more complicated. Cyclic ketogenic diet works great for a lot of people, including me, but even discipline takes baby steps. Start keeping track of calories first.
And the array of drugs seems major overkill.
With that diet I guarantee that you aren't going to get close your goal. Now add in that crazy cycle and you are brewing a recipe for disaster. You need to concentrate on your diet and get that figured out because it isn't going to matter what drugs you take, the diet will also trump them and dictate the results. Read through the forum here and you will get a good grasp of what you are doing wrong.
previous cycles- test/clen
new cycle, test tren e anavar clen t3
You see the problem here?? Youve only used test and clen, now you want to add var, trenbolone of all drugs, and t3. If you start getting side effects how will you know wtf is causing it? Youll know if its the clen or test because youve ran those before, but the other 3 drugs, if its one of those youll have no fkn clue which of the 3 are causing side effects because youve never ran them one by one. We advocate adding 1 new compound at a time, for example after running a test only cycle, run a test dbol cycle, so then you get fimilar with dbol, then when you go on to run say test eq dbol and you get side effects you never got from test or dbol you can kinda figure its from the eq.
But this is madness, first off tren is reserved for IMO people competeting, or with many cycles under their belt. its not meant for beginners or like i said anyone who isnt competing, its not fucking magic like everyone says it is. t3 is totally uncessary and will eat all your muscle away.
Youre still working on your diet, get that squared away and then consider running some test, test and a good diet will do all you need. Getting down to 8% bf is not hard, these drugs you have listed are what SOME people need to hit 3-4% on stage, not 8%. Shit head over to the bb.com forums and youll find MANY people with your stats, 187lbs at 7-8% bf naturally. It takes a sound diet day in and day out, some cardio and hard training.
There are so many things wrong with this! What's your previous cycle experience?
Increase cardio for a start.
Drop the clen, t3 and tren, have you ran tren before?
You want a ripped body but haven't bothered to start counting calories?
I would be eating less fruit because of the sugar content as well as the semi skimmed milk and peanut butter, there is a brilliant diet section on here, you should post your diet in there, they are always willing to help if you go about things the right way.
You should work out your tdee( total daily energy expenditure) and go from there on how many calories you will need!
No mention of pct? Or bloods? You should know about adex an it's dosing schedule before you started your course!
Not trying to have a go at you, I foolishly ran tren and clen when I first started because of bad advice. It's really not needed by the average gym guy.
All good suggestions.
