High blood pressure and cardiovascular support.

Hi guys !

Due to huge quantity of questions for cardio support (especially on cycles) which my friends ask me every time, today I want to share with your my experience in this. I have a high BP more than 10 years, maximum for me is 217/120 and 176 heart rate -> very bad time for me, heh.
Because this status of my body and my health brings me to a very bad conditions, I started to learn how I can give support to my organism. I don't want to use some special pharmaceutical drugs, because I believe that our body is a very smart system and nothing in them don't happen without any reason, I choose other way -> i gave to my organism all nutrients which my body can use to reduce some problem.
One more point, one of the reason, for which our body can increase a BP is that in somewhere in organism something happened that obstructs blood flow for vital organs. One of way to solve this situation - increase of our BP. What will happen, if we will use some drugs to decrease our BP ? Who knows ? Maybe ischemia, and maybe this ischemia will happen in our brain ? or heart ? or kidney ?
But it is only one of the reasons, in fact exist a huge number of reasons, and for some of them take the medicine drugs will be better way.

So.
How we can improve our body to make better microcirculation ? How we can make our heart stronger and fitter? Of course it's a cardio, fresh air, good nutrition and other other other.

First of all - you need to get good vitamin-mineral complex. It's a base supplement. If you don't take. If you don't take vitamin-mineral complex - all nutrients which I wrote below will not help you.

- B group vitamins - must have. In good complex they are usually quite.
- Rutin and vit.C - 500 mg per day. >3 months
- Magnesium 800-1200 mg per day. Only citrate ! Don't use oxid, carbonate - it does not work. Please never use oxid and carbonate minerals ! Only chelate. Please dont use injection of magnesium - it is a very dangerous ! Also do not use the entire dose for 1 reception, separate it.
- Garlic will be good for your capillary system.
- For our heart - Q10, L-carnitine, Taurine only together. Q10: 100-150 mg, L-carnitine: 500-1000mg, Taurine: 1,5-3gr.
- Of Course Omega-3. Very hard to say how much O3-O6-O9 you need to use. In the diet of a healthy person ratio of O6-O3 5-8:1-2, if person have a hypertension, coronary artery disease and others ratio of O6-O3 3-4:1.
For healthy person not need to use more than 5 gr of O3 per day. 2 or 3 grams for us will be enough

Additionally you can use:
- Vit.E 80-120 UI
- pantothenic acid 600-1200 mg ( very good choice to normalization of cholesterol metabolism)
- Chrome 200 mcg
- Arginine 2 gr
- Hawthorn 300-400 mg

One more point - you need to understand, that I wrote only supplement, please don't expect quick action. If you will use these supplements you're only will give to your body "bricks for construction" and then your body will do exactly what he needs.
I use these cycles 2 times per year for 2-3 months. Vitamin-mineral complex and omega 3 I use permanently.
Does it help to me? Definitely yes, now I have much less problems with pressure, and "hypertonic crisis" more easily to bear and it occurs much less frequently (too much stress in our life)
