This was the first spit i ever ran as a beginner. Loved it and made great gains. I still use it from time to time. I actually just finished like 2 months of it about a month ago. Everything makes great progress on it except my arms for some reason. Everything else explodes with growth.

Old school routine. Learned that back in the 80's and still run something similar today.

Perfect routine I love it. Every 5th week I do a week of gvt or pure fst7 then back to my 3 day split. Works like a charm and so simple.
