-1 pre comp diet suggestions - also add clen and t3 to last 6 weeks of test E cycle?

I am trying to get ready for an athletic fitness model competition 24 weeks from now, I am currently 6'2 225 pounds 15% Bf and 3 weeks into a test E cycle I have some t3 and clen on hand and am think about adding these to the mix to really get my body fat down and since I will be running a test base to not risk losing much of my muscle.

Also I will be running a tren ace/anavar/test prop cycle 10 weeks out of competition.
So my question is will that pre comp cycle be good enough or should I run the t3 and clen with my test for the rest of my cycle to ensure bf gets down... this is my first ever competition and have little time to prepare imo. Cant wait to hear you're thoughts. also any critiques will be appreciated also diet below.

below is how my daily meal plan usually is.. I am aware that at the 16 week mark I should drop sugar almost to zero and lower fat significantly, just wandering if someone could give me an example meal plan. I am 6'2 225 pounds 15% bf 21 years old. need to get to 215 7-9% bf ... any ideas on how my diet should look 16 weeks out, 8 weeks out, 4 weeks out, 1 week out.. advice greatly appreciated.

As of right now example meal plan
meal 1 - 2 whole eggs, 2 thin whole grain toast, cottage cheese, pro. shake
meal 2 - pro. shake, banana, o fat yogurt
meal 3 - lean meat, potato, mixed veggies
meal 4 -2 piece toast w/peanut butter, yogurt
meal 5 - casein protein shake,turkey
meal 6 - 10 mins before bed, cottage cheese

Please Please dont even consider using T3 or clen at your age,you are not even fully developed yet so messing with your thyroid and heart valves could be catostrophic until fully developed,i wouldnt even advice running testosterone either because you will naturally be producing more than any vet on eroids so why not be smart and use this to your advantage by really learning about nutrition and macros and all the numurous training principles it would be more fun too. I have just mentioned 2 things that should keep you very busy researching for months maybe years to get the points that really work for you and your body type,please dont let yourself down by taking shortcuts as they mostly dont work,do this the right way and you will be amazed at the results and will be able to hold your head high because you did it yourself Smile

Post some upto date pics bro we need to have a look at you! how long have you been training 6mths - 12mths? Who prepares your food yourself or your mum etc first off get all this shit out your head about steroids and T3 and clen this is not going to do it for you! at 21yrs old you should be able to blow the fucking doors off this thing with diet and pure unadulterated hard graft in the gym, please dont fuck yourself up for the rest of your life from this early age thyroid fuck up now could leave you obese forever i am sure that is not the ultimate goal.

Well I did check his pics and seen gear, so him staying natural as he should is prolly little late. Maybe you and Suzy ought to friend this kid and get him straightened out. He's been making a lot of posts, but I guess he doesn't check back on them.

Isn't this your first of second cycle? Tren is near ten cycles time. Thyroid is a permanent life change. Test raises heart rate...clen does too. Bad combo!

Agree with you 100% i don't take but one shake a day and that is after working out, the rest of my protein come from whole food, not from powder! @ mattyjay25, read my last post about protein mate!!!

X2 I take whey straight after workout. Now addressing author, I did use casein at night a couple three years ago. That's not a terribe thing. I am curious of authors current bf estimation as many underestimte their bf. I'm around 14% and you can see all my abs, solarflexes and obliques very well. People seem to get their bf estimations exagerated. I'm pretty ripped and still 14% just sayin. Not a huge fan of clen, t3 on the other hand seems to do well for clearing receptors. Winny is usualy used the last 4 weeks for guys that compete. Have you been to a show before? If not then I would suggest you check it out first. That will give you a better understanding of where you need your physique. Start watching your salt uptake as that is often overlooked. If your on cycle you should be watching that anyway. Carbs early in day and cut mid day. High rep workouts, cardio first thing in the morning before your oats and eggs. Cla's. The list goes on and on. Check bodybuilding sites and magazines. All the information is out there. Some people need to hire a personal trainer to push them. I eat cottage cheese on occasion, but that is one thing that seems to have a good share of sodium. Goths post on blending fruits etc may help. Keep the aas simple and you'll be in it a long time. Get the want it all now attitude and you'll most likely get discouraged and give up. Tren not a good idea. 21 is very young in this game, and if you do use anabolics I would stick with test only and see how that goes for you. I know guys that have been using longer than I have and they still keep shot simple. As tread says it.all comes down to who makes it happen in the kitchen. Having supportive significant other of diet and nutrition is a deal breaker aswell. I take group classes to drive myself, cause if I take a break I'm.gonna look like a scwantz especialy when most eyes are on the musce bound guy. I eat a lot but timing and specific foods are the key. Some dousche at work the other day was like dude if you ever stop working out all the time the way you eat your gonna turn into a bag of shit. I'm thinking yea right diet advice from the 300 plus fried food garbage eating mofo, yea he must know a lot about diet, while I finished my plain almonds

X2 Pump as many chemicals as you want into body.... but i'll lose twice as much fat twice as fast from strict diet and hard work and zero chemicals. Thats just the way this game works!
