So we produce about 6mgs of test a day on our own.. so when I inject 250mgs, am I truly getting 250mgs of testosterone into my body or after it travels through the body and passes through liver and all of that, am I still getting 250mgs? Just a question I asked myself lol

Well it depends on the ester...because the ester takes up weight too. For example I think with enanthate 250mgs actually equals 180mg of testosterone, and then the ester allows the test to slowly release during the following days. You will not have 250mgs active inside you in 1 day, more like 20-30mg a day.
AnonNope only when using prop or phenyl or test suspension type shit are you getting mostly what you put in if im correct. Long esters you do not get what you put in
No! Offhand I am not sure of the true weight but after you minus the weight of the ester the real amount of test is much less. I know that doesn't answer your question totally but it gives you a idea that you are already working with a lesser amount of compound than is on the label to begin with.
