I have been running these for about a month and a half and am losing BF very quickly along with cardio of course. I Pin 3iu 6days per week in the morning about 2 hours before cardio. Very slight tingling/numbness in hands ,usually in the morning a little after I wake up.Besides that no negative sides. I plan to bump it up to 5 or 6 iu a month before I start my next cycle and through out the cycle.

UFONice. im stocking up myself....how about laziness? Im lazy enough as it is AND I smoke pot daily...thats the only thing that worries me about gh how people claim to be zombies while running it..
I have not had any tiredness at all form them.I dont eat carbs 3 hours before or until at least 2 1/2 hours after pinning. I was told this by fcvtek and it seems to work pretty good.
I guess if you eat carbs close to injection time it can cause insulin resistance as well
So perfect timing would be like 6am empty.....weights and cardio....fully fuel up 2.5hrs after?
i pin at 5am start cardio about 630-645 eat at 730 usually fruit hard boiled eggs and a zero carb zero calorie redbull.
