+ 1 PCT Recommendations

ad

I am about to finish an 18 week cycle of Test E. I am super happy with the results. I wish I had my nutrition a little more dialed in but man am I super stoked with where I am right now. I am 55 y/o and put on 25 lbs. putting me at 190. Haven't taken any gear for over 15 years when starting this cycle. My question is what blood work does anyone recommend having done so that I ha ve a better idea what I should take for my PCT. Thanks to all, who can provide useful information.

For the best results, HCG, Clomid and Nolvadex. Do you need the full stack? Not necessarily, but it is the gold standard in the industry for PCT. You run HCG the last two weeks of your cycle, then hop on Clomid 50mg and Nolvadex 20mg for 4-6 weeks depending on cycle duration.

At 55yrs old why dont you just stay on Test and cruise at 150mg a week? That would help you keep your gains.

If you are wanting to completely stop then you need to do 100mg of Clomid every day for two weeks, 40mg of Nolvadex two weeks.
then drop Clomid to 50mg every day for two weeks and 20mg of Nolvadex for two weeks then you should be good to go after that.

Best PCT advice is this: Don't. Unless you are really young, or trying to conceive stay on trt. Hell, I did a semen analysis after being on cycle/trt for 13 months with HCG and it was over 30 million motile.

Brother at 55 just roll with good old TRT, 120-150 a week. Run the body builder panel from good labs to check all your markers and fix whatever you need to fix while you cruise. Just my 2 cents.

Idk at 55, id just stay on trt personally. Itll probably be difficult to retain gains without TRT but... im not gonna say its impossible.

Id definitely look at an aggressive pct with clomid/nolvadex and hcg.

You should really have had this planned out already. Not to harp on ya! Get a hormone panel done at least 2 weeks after your last injection, since your using test e. They should test total/Free testosterone, estradiol, shgb, lipids, liver enzymes, and a complete blood count.

Im not an expert on labs but im pretty sure thats correct info
