First ever cycle questions.
I'm running my first ever cycle after working out for 5 years. I am 29 years old, 155 LBS, 5'9, at 9% body fat. After researching, I decided that it was best to do a test only cycle. After reading up on a lot of the steroids posts, I noticed that its mentioned a lot that most people lose muscles when they stop taking gear. So I wanted to see if there is anything I can do to maintain as much muscle as possible. My plan for the far future is to compete. Here's my cycle
Week 1-10: 250 mg test E, 2x a week
Week 1-12: 0.5 MG Anastrozole every other day
Week 4-12: 250iu HCG with the test E (diff needle).
for PCT
Week 13 and 14: 40mg tamoxifen every day
week 15 and 16: 20 mg tamoxifen every day.
I will be doing blood work before my cycle, on week 6 and after PCT. As far as PCT goes should I add anything else or stick with this. Feel free to suggest anything as far as the entire cycle goes, any feedback as well is appreciated, thanks!

No offense, but you are pretty far away from being at the gear point imo. You're in single digit bf at 155? You are missing out on actually putting on muscle naturally with food , sleep, and training. You've got plenty of years naturally left that you are capable of building mass. Also, the cycle isn't a cycle. Needs a minimum of 15 weeks, preferably 20 or more being on a cycle and definitely don't need to run test that high for a beginner. That's old school horse shit. And AIs aren't necessary in a cycle until symptoms arise or blood work shows negative effects in specific areas. Bottom line, don't do it.
anvilA couple of follow up questions - you are at sub 10% BF? So you are 4% away from show ready like shredded mid section, all muscle groups separated? Then you are gonna roughly do a 4 week steroid cycle then PCT, during said cycle you are gonna add in a hyper dose of AI without even knowing if you need it? It takes 4-6 weeks to get enanthate fully in your system and then you are gonna stop 4 weeks later? I just feel like you can accomplish so much more without any gear. This whole setup is going to net you a big 0 gains in the end. I would like to see you do some research, otherwise you are going to wind up very disappointed. 500iu per week of HCG definitely isn't going to do anything.
I'm not the biggest fan of throwing in AI's all willy nilly. Have It on hand just in case but if you don't actually need it, then that's one less medication your putting into your body. Also need to wait between end of cycle and starting a pct for the Ester to clear.
Just read your post a little harder. At 155 I think you need food and whey shakes more than gear.
