DHB is powerful and generally well-tolerated, but common side effects include mild acne, aggression, and especially PIP (post-injection pain). However, the Driade Labs version is notably smoother, with minimal PIP, making it one of the more comfortable DHB options. No estrogenic sides, but androgenic effects (e.g. oily skin, muscle tightness) can occur.
DHB is a highly potent and underrated compound that delivers impressive lean muscle gains with hard, dry look – often compared to a blend of Trenbolone and Primobolan, but with a unique profile. It provides excellent strength increases, vascularity, and fullness without excessive water retention.
