Last pin of the cycle today. This is by far the heaviest I have been. 222 I’m ending at. I feel great. Here maybe a new pose for me just kinda liked the mass of the arm and back. Linked my cycle below:

Looking big and thick. Strong work man. The back is such a tough muscle to hit that is often neglected. Good to see your not one of those guys that hardly does back but benches 3 x a week lol.
