The top was at the start of a cut 75 days ago. The last 4 weeks I've just been cruising on 200mg Test and 4 units of gh. I feel like I still have a long way to go. I took the bulk too far. Added too much sub fat. Currently averaging 2500 calories a day. 230 grams of protien and 150 grams of carbs. I'm on a 3 day training split and an hour of cardio a day. I'm 6'2" and 240lbs

i wouldnt mind you adding masteron to your test cycle that would change things very nicely
I take 2000mg of vitamin C a day. No dandelion root. I like Mast. I think I'm going to do a long MAST E, Primo, Test E cycle next.
Well if you grab prop you can run that the last couple weeks and see if you want to run it a whole

TricepatopsLooking good from the pics it looks like you have some type of imbalance which is forcing by pic your left side higher. Do you have any pain anywhere? Just curious as I have now gotten pain from my imbalances which one side is higher then the other it took years to finally affect me but it is just something on the pic that sticks out to me.

What form and intensity of cardio are you doing? Steady state? Stairs? Bike? Tread?
Thanks brother. I alternate between peleton climb rides, elliptical intrevals and Treadmill at 15% and 3.2 speed. I try to stay around 115-135 HR for 30 - 60 minutes at a time. I do alot of deep stretching also.

What do you suggest to get leaner Makwa? Sub fat on my back is still too thick. Legs and shoulders, skin is very thin, but I need to drop another 10. I have some clen. I hate tren or I'd do that. I have some Winnie and var also. Will probably start dropping calories and carbs on off days more. Open to suggestions.
TricepatopsLipo. The Rock got lipo because he couldn't loose the little bit of fat on his chest and his sides. It is just genetics as to where your body holds onto the last amounts of fat.
