+ 1 Prolactin levels and how to lower them naturally.

ad

Being on eroids I've managed to get a lot of helpful and useful information. It's good to see others post about peoples own personal experiences and seeing that everyone fucks up regardless of being a newbie or an experience user. We all make mistakes and learn from them and that's what I find is so great about this site. We can all learn from each other.

A few weeks ago I ran a cycle and of course did not research properly. I ran a test/dbol/deca cycle. Throughout the cycle ran no anti prolactin and with some symptoms I have I believe very much my prolactin levels are much higher then they should be. I have seen other reviews with information on how to lower these levels but I haven't seen one yet that uses naturally supplements/vitamins to do it with.

Here are four items proven to lower prolactin levels which you can buy from your pharmacy.

1) Ashwagandha. This is a herb in which a study showed that after using for three months not only lowered prolactin levels by 15% but also increased testosterone levels by 40%

2) Vitamin E. In a study it showed that taking 300mg for 8 weeks decreased prolactin levels by 69%. Vitamin E also increases sperm production and there's evidence that it even boost your testosterone levels.

3) Vitamin B6. While vitamin b6 is good for testosterone production it also shows a single dose of 300mg can increase serum growth hormone levels and cause a sharp decline in prolactin levels.

4) Zinc orotate. Zinc is one of the main nutrients behind healthy testosterone production and zinc defiency completely destroys testosterone levels. The study showed 50mg of zinc orotate daily lowred prolactin levels by more then half its amount.

Hopefully you guys have found this information useful.

You are correct, In order for B6, Zinc, and Vitamin E to help lower prolactin especially on a Tren cycle or even Deca/NPP you need an amount that is poisonous to your health. Its still a good idea to include it in your regimen but do not rely on it exclusively. Off cycle it does help.

Which would be good for me since I'm not on a cycle. I made the mistake of starting the cycle and running deca without proper knowledge. Live and learn Smile

Might be true. I don't think these studies were evaluated with people on aas lol. But I believe it should still help lower it down even if it's not at the percentage that the study states. But I might be wrong Smile definitely worth researching on though.. Tnx for feedback
