Rate my Diet.

ad

Breakfast:
4 eggs
4 egg whites
2 cups potatoes o Brien
1 banana
3 pieces Bacon
Glass of whole milk

Snack:
2 whole grain tortilla
Chicken fajita (1 breast worth with peppers and onions)
Glass of milk

Lunch:
2 BBQ chicken breasts
1 cup rice
1 cup broccoli
Glass of milk

Snack:
Slice of meatloaf and mashed potatoes
Glass of milk

Dinner:
Turkey Sandwhich
-Ezekiel bread
-turkey
-baby spinach,onion,pepperjack and bacon
Glass of milk

PreWO: Juice and Creatine
PostWO: Mass gainer shake.

About 3900 calories;280g protein;300 carbs and 150fats.

It looks good to me but honestly it's difficult to say without more info on your stats and goals. For instance, if your an endomorph like I am having that many fats with the carbs would lead to nice gains in muscle mass assuming training is on point but it would come with considerable fat gain. If your more of an endomorph or mesomorph you will probably be OK, but that will boil down to training. Also, it would be helpful to know your height, weight, goals, and which compounds you are currently running and at what dose. All in all it doesn't look bad at all- but that is a generalized statement based off of limited information

Pretty decent to me. Seems a Lil higher in fat than I would like it for me. Switch to zero fat milk and supplement with fish, oil flax oil, and some mct oil.
Depe nine, I would try to sneak in a previous workout protein shake 40g and a post workout, and perhaps a night time sleepy protein while in bed at 3am.I
Cutting out the cheese, milk fats, and even some carbs can be cut when u want to start getting lean.
