Cycle cut short due to shoulder injury- Last pin done, bracing for PCT and PCD

Had to cut my cycle short due to a nasty case of road rash on my shoulder. Started to heal and I attempted side raises- key word ATTEMPTED. What I thought was only a flesh wound seems to have brought a mild RC issue along with it, making me sure I made the right decision ending it early. So I shot my last prop taper pin yesterday... Going to nurse that shoulder and prepare for the worst. My diet is going to stay high in protein minimum of 1.5g per lb, with a small surplus in calories over maintenance ~200. Training will be toned back, going to stick to almost solely compound lifts, giving my body some rest for the first two weeks of PCT before I return to normal intensity. Also, going to perform some RC strengtheners EOD. SO, I am all ears to any and all advice on my diet, training, and RC healing. All advice and constructive (maybe a little destructive too if it gives me a laugh) criticism is welcome! Thanks all!
Also PCT consists of Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/100/50/50 Aromasin 6.25/6.25/6.25 Grph-6 & CJC 200/200/200/200

Just a shame it happened, I remember you posting how well you were doing with your cycle. Go easy on the shoulder, you sound like you're a smart lad so I'm sure you know what you're doing.

I'm sorry, that's horrible. I'm sure you're doing the right thing though. I'd say your PCT looks fine and a lot like mine. I won't be doing a prop taper though.
