Best option to maintain gains in PCT

So I'm looking for something to use during PCT that will make me anti-catabolic or at least keep me from dropping too much mass. My options this far are IGF, HGH, or GHRP/CJC, any thoughts? What do you guys do the limit PCT loss chemically? Thanks in advance
