Holy Crap, what have I done!

ad

Alright brothers, things just got REAL!
I've signed up for my first contest, it's in August so I have a little over 2 months to prep for it. I'm at @16% BF, weighing 210. I'm going to be doing the Physique contest, so I don't need to gain any more mass before the contest (I've seen pics of previous contests, and I've got enough muscle to compete). That being said, I definitely don't want to lose a lot of muscle in the cutting process.

Let the advice flow!

Awesome! It is a blast competing. I contest dieted for my first bodybuilding show in three months at your BF% and did pretty well so I know you can do it. To drop body fat you will need to run a calorie deficit each week and cut additional calories if your body fat percentage stalls out. It will look like you are loosing size/muscle but remember that fat is over, under, and within muscle as you shed it.
