What is minimum amount of test to take on a Test/Var cycle--- Please Help!

Gents-

I have Var and Test e. Want to start next week, first cycle. IM in very good shape-5"10 - 185. 35yo medium Test levels.

What are you thoughts? Goal is to lean out- and gain 5-8 lbs of muscle. I'd like to take the minimum amounts of Test i can- worried about shut down.

You WILL gain 5/8lbs of good quality lean muscle just by getting your training spot on,meaning heavy compound movements on a basic 3 day split, making sure you take onboard at least 250grams of quality protein and long complex carbs throughout the day,set your mind and stick to this plan and i guarentee you will see good results in 12 weeks.
Set your mind on this goal then prove to yourself you can do it you will feel much better about yourself and more confident in future goals.
Best thing doing it this way is that the gains will last longer and keep you more motivated,good luck Smile

Your gonna get shutdown no matter how much you run, I'd go with 400-500mg a week and your pct afterwards.

It sounds to me like you don't have nearly enough research behind you to even be considering AAS

I guess my goal is to tkae the least amounts I can- but still achieve gains. Guys in the gym are doig 300 a week- and feeling great. Its a tough call I guess.

I agree with this, but be advised that 200mg/w is very common for a TRT dose, which means people take that dose weekly to maintain normal levels. However ive read many posts of people claiming to make gains off of this cycle which is beyond me! So can 200 work? well some people claim it will however if your gonna do a cycle the minimum I would suggest is 350mg/w, and that would be for someone that is in a wieght class for MMA or something like that where wieght gain is undesirable.
