necessary to take nolva and clomid for pct

its my first cycle test e 500mgs split monday thurdsay 12wks im 23 6'0 184 in good health and shape 10-11%bf do i need both and what dosage should i use, after all the research ive decided just to do nolva 40/40/20/20 any input or advice with reasoning would be helpful

Yep, now with this being his first cycle lets not forget to mention, start pct 2 weeks after last injection.
one thing to keep in mind is that chlomid and nolva are pretty much the same shit. I just run chlomid for pct, assuming i have no gyno issues. but most will disagree with me but it works great for me. what you have planned out will/should do the job. But like builder said, its not gonna hurt ya any. with this being your first cycle why not be safe? You will soon learn what works for you.
Not trying to nitpick, Clomid may exhibit some minor anti-estrogen effects but it's most important function is kickstarting the body's test production. Nolvadex is anti-estrogen only.
Exactly, so if your not gyno pron or have the sides of it, why take something that is going to completely block your estrogen receptors? You need estrogen to grow...

Jtizzleis it really worth tempting fate during critical PCT phase?.. These have been time tested for years and by many well informed gear heads.. It's the norm for a reason is my train of thought
Clomid
day 1: 300mg a day
day 2-11: 100mg a day
day 12-21: 50mg a day
Necessary no, will it help? cant hurt. The way i see it anything that will help with my recovery im all for it.
