Bring on the criticism. What do I need to work on. Make more proportioned. I would love to compete one day. Will be starting a nice cutting blast in a few weeks after I lose some more bodyfat. Almost no carbs rights now. No heavy weights, just keeping muscles filled with blood to keep them fresh. 4-500 protein daily seems to be preserving muscle pretty good.
So so so sorry for sideways pics, can't get them to load right no matter what I do...

Anonsince you didn't show your legs ill say they need work.
No carbs and light weight is a huge no no
Chest and back need work. Shoulders and arms way ahead. I see no lats popping in most muscular pose. I should. Pecs need most work. They can get pretty shallow the first time you go to 5-6% body fat. Not trying to hurt your feelings. You I asked for honest I gave honest.
You look good bro, but for competition I would say packing on 10 lbs of solid lean muscle spread through your whole body would help a lot. Your already nice and lean, just have to lose some water before competing. Your definitely on the right track. What's your age, diet, and cycle history look like?
