+ 4 Just a friendly reminder. DONATE BLOOD if your able.
ad
Just finished my donation. With this lifestyle I've chosen to live I have become more aware of my body and health. I myself monitor my blood pressure because certain compounds make it rise and also give blood regularly. I'm always at a high iron level (19.0-20.5) and feel much better after donating. Also just makes me feel better for donating.

I mentioned I was on TRT and they told me I needed to come back with paperwork from my doctor which with allow them to perform a therapeutic phlebotomy. The blood is disposed of when I go every 3 months based on high iron levels.
I just donated yesterday . Did it for the juice and cookies.. Lol. Nah.. always do it when it comes to my workplace.
They always have a hard time finding my veins... I guess you don't have that problem
Lol. Not at all. She actually told me to not squeeze the ball I was G2G already.
I just did it last week. Try to every 8 weeks or so. Benifits me by lowering my rbc and it can save another persons life.
I've always been anemic. The doctors often get concerned that I may have internal bleeding and I have to tell them every time that I am anemic. I don't know what my numbers are but when they put a drop in that solution (I thinks it's a specific gravity test) it floats rather than sinking or getting suspended. So I would take an iron supplement before I gave blood. When I am running a cycle though it's always within acceptable ranges. The only time I ever had a high (not too high) reading was while running eq. I do believe you should give blood as often as possible. The only thing that chaps my ass is that the Red Cross are relentless and won't leave you the hell alone once you e donated. So good for you and I would like too see an eroids blood drive and everyone who give should post up a picture of their little sticker or badge that they get for donating. I would be happy to hand out karma for those that do this for it's an honorable thing to do and it's good for everyone the donatee and the receivers of coarse. +1 my friend you may have just saved someone's life today!!! : )
Thanks a lot. It was actually an eq cycle that really got me to pay closer attention. I got turned away because of the high levels. Went and did labs and my rbc was flagged high. Great way to learn what's going on with your body and how to manage areas with different compounds.
Np.... You've inspired me to make a post to the eroids community. More like a plea! I want to have an eroids blood drive. It's a great thing and everyone should do it......
+1
It's a benefit to you and also to other people, by helping them.
I just did this myself this last week. My iron was like 22 I think. Plan on doing this more regular though. +1
Mines been that high too. Nurses always ask if my doctor knows and if it's a problem. As long as I give every 8 weeks it keeps me within the guidelines....the top but still within the high range.
