The change was easy to notice because the tenderness slowly started going away. That was really the only thing I cared about at the time. No gym hype or mirror changes here. I just wanted the problem to calm down and it did.
I did not judge this one by the box or how the tablets looked. The response was more important to me. Everything felt consistent while I was taking it and nothing made me question the product.
Brain fog was the main downside for me. Some days focus felt worse than normal and I also felt a little more anxious. It was noticeable but manageable.
This one was sitting in my drawer for a while and I honestly hoped I would never need it. Then some nipple sensitivity showed up during a heavier run and that changed the plan. Ultima Nolva did what I needed and the area started feeling better after a few days. Not an exciting product to review but definitely one I was glad to have around.
Funny thing is this was probably the least exciting thing in my drawer until the day I actually needed it. After that I was pretty happy I had kept it around.
Dosed 40mg, split in two days to try to reduce the small gyno lump I got from anadrol. By day three my nips were rock hard, and the lump seemed to shrink.
Ultima has been brewing bunk stuff lately, but my experience and side effects confirm to me that this nolva was dosed accurately.
Major brain fog, couldn’t focus when I needed it the most. Also felt slightly anxious.
Did what I wanted it to do (gyno), but can with unwanted side effects.
Unfortunately after a 2 week long protocol, while much smaller, the gyno lump is still barely there. I might try raloxifene next, or I’ll just get the surgery and get it over with.

-4Nolvadex was 20 mg tablets. I used 40 mg per day in the first week, then 20 mg per day afterward.
While using Nolvadex, my libido dropped to zero. My erections completely disappeared. I never achieved full hardness—there wasn’t even partial hardness. It did not prevent muscle loss. I lost weight. I found a temporary solution with Cialis. I am now cruising and everything has returned to normal.
I didn’t get any of the effects I expected from Nolvadex. However, I didn’t have the chance to get blood work done while on vacation. I don’t know whether it had any effect on LH or FSH, but zero libido, zero erections, ejaculation coming only as dripping, and muscle and weight loss explain the situation well enough in my opinion.
I’ve used many Ultima products, and I still have some Ultima products on hand. Some are genuinely good, but some are really bad. My view of the Ultima brand has now turned into a question mark. Specifically for Nolvadex, it has absolutely no credibility.
I didn’t experience any side effects.
Ultima Nolva didn’t work for me. I had planned to do PCT for an upcoming long international vacation. After finishing my cycle, I took a 3-week break; during about 2.5 weeks of that period I used moderate to high doses of HCG, then switched to Nolvadex. I didn’t have the opportunity to take many medications with me. My expectation was to maintain my libido, support erections, and finish the vacation without issues. None of that happened.
If you’re planning to use it for PCT, I do not recommend it.
Ultima will no longer be a brand I choose easily. I used to buy it without hesitation, but this product is truly bad. Other comments mention that it works well for gyno; I didn’t have that issue. For PCT, it’s bad.

Absolutely works.
No sides.
Ultima Nolvadex works as expected. Had bloods done all throughout cycle, and this solved all my estradiol issues.
TracemontzKnocked out my gyno from a high test cycle, I also like using it preemptively to keep gyno at bay.

was having issues with high e2 levels. Ordered this and within 2 weeks everything back in range.
Worked flawlessly in clearing the gyno I had built up over my cycle. Tried Raloxifene which didn't really change anything, switched to Nolva @20mg a day until it cleared.
Definitely Legit and works.
No side effects but be mindful of the damage Serms will do to your arteries so supplementation for that is a MUST. High dose Omega3 should be the least to take.
