Nothing dramatic happened and honestly thats what I expected. After a while I felt a little less run down during long work days and morning energy seemed more consistent.
This is probably the easiest part to rate. Supradyn is an established Bayer product and the formula includes a broad mix of vitamins, minerals and CoQ10.
No real issues for me. Took it with food and my stomach was fine.
Bought this during a pretty busy period when my food and sleep were not always perfect. Didnt expect anything crazy from a multivitamin but Supradyn became an easy part of my morning routine. Bayer is also a name I already trust more than random supplement brands.
One of those boring products that just stays next to the coffee machine and becomes part of the day. I wouldnt expect magic from it but for basic daily coverage I was happy with it.
