Effective. No noticeable decrease in testes.

No side effects
I don't always run HCG, unless I'm doing an extended cycle. The time that I have run it, I used this and had great results.
Testicles remained same size, ejaculate load was same, and never had dry or low volume loads. HCG definitely kept my testicles functional and running.
It is pregnyl, and was from the pharmacy. There is no doubt it is the real deal.
HCG can increase estrogen sides through increase production. Thankfully, 250iu three times a week was the right dose schedule for me.
Originally prescribed pregnyl 250iu three times a week by trt clinic. I have been using this dose to keep benefits of pregnenolone production via cholesterol synthesis pathway. Also, enjoy having full testicles and peace of mind knowing fertility in future is not an issue.
I enjoy pregnyl, but my insurance stopped covering it. If it was more cost friendly I would use them indefinitely.

+ 1Took 500iu every 3rd day to during cycle of Dbol, winstrol and sustanon. Didn't experience any testicular atrophy during cycle.
Definitely legit and worked as expected. Labelling and presentation looked absolutely pharmaceutical grade.
No side effects while taking it on cycle.

I believe this is pharma grade stuff.
Never had any side effects with HCG, even with 5000Iu doses.
This is the HCG that I use nowdays in dose 500 Iu EoD with my TRT. I bought plenty, for pretty good money and I'm overly satisfied. keeping my balls full and my sperm count over 75milion while on TRT (I've had 20 milion with other brand HCG on cycle and close to 0 without any HCG/HMG) I'm attending another sperm check in about week and half, so I will have comparsion of MSD HCG with different stuff ready soon...
