Strength stayed good even with lower calories. Shoulders and arms started looking more defined and vascularity was better during training. The biggest change for me was the harder and drier look.
Tabs looked clean and everything arrived in good condition despite the little shipping adventure. Effects stayed pretty consistent during the run. Nothing felt strange from my side.
Joints felt a little more uncomfortable on heavy days and I had some muscle cramps once in a while. Nothing that stopped me from training but easy to notice.
Funny start with this one. Tracking said delivered but the package was not at my door. I spent half an hour looking around before finding out my neighbor had taken it for me. After all that drama I finally opened the Pharmastan 50 and added it near the end of my cut. Took some time but the harder look started showing and I was happy with the result.
The package gave me more stress than the product did. Once it was actually in my hands the rest was pretty simple. Good experience for the final part of my cut.

+ 3While I was taking it I definitely felt the impacts, unfortunately I couldn’t hang with the intense PIP and had to discontinue use.
I feel like the product was legit gear, I’m just not sure that the carrier (water-based) was appropriate.
This was by far the worst PIP I have ever experienced. I was pinning in glutes and ventral glutes, rotating sites, 50mg EOD. After about 24-48 hours of pinning I would get gnarly pain that would migrate downward into my thighs. At times I could barely walk, it hurt to sit, it hurt to walk, it felt like I had injected fine broken glass and gravity was slowly taking downward. I gutted it out for about 2 weeks, then gave up, switched to pills.
Had high hopes of using injectable Winstrol versus oral to avoid the liver strain, but the water based injectable proved too much to take.
Let me be clear, I am a fan of Pharmacom products, still buying from them. I don’t blame them for me not liking this product. I just think that the water-based carrier, combined with a hormone that was maybe never intended to be an injectable (?), simply did not agree with my body. It was WAY too painful and disruptive to my every day life to keep on it. The big bummer is I bought a whole bunch of it on sale, and now it just sits. It’s hard to offer to a buddy and be like “hey, this really f*d me up and I stopped it, but if you want it…”
